“Ein absoluter Glücksgriff, direkte Lage am Meer. Man hat ein paar Schritte und ist bereits im Wasser. Die Aussicht ist sensationell und das Haus ist bestens schallisoliert. Das Rauschen des Meeres hört man bestens draussen auf der Verenda. Das Haus hatte alles, was wir für erholsame Tage brauchten. Eine top ausgestattete Küche, einen BBQ, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, eine Leseecke mit Extra Liegesofa, Badewanne, Dusche, tolles Licht uvm. Eine allgemein sehr gepflegte Anlage, hochwertiges Inventar....

“We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was lovely but the bed in the master bedroom was only a double and a small double so for my husband of 192cm and myself 176cm we did not sleep very well as we just didnt fit in the bed.”

“This was a very peaceful location, with plenty of opportunity to see the local wildlife. The pod was well laid out with a spacious deck and comfortable seating. The access road to the units is single lane gravel, rutted and extremely steep, and should be noted as 4wd only. We had to back out all the way in our front wheel drive vehicle. “Overall the house was suitable for our needs. The driveway is very steep and not easy to navigate. The house itself could have have some easy made changes, including little things like teaspoons (there was none), more pillows on the bed (One is not always enough), better blinds in bathrooms and toilets (we had to fix them to ensure that we could have privacy when on toilet and in shower). “This home was perfect location with beautiful views. Home has everything you need for a vacation. Couple of minor issues but did not spoil our stay. Defiantly need transport unless you are fit and able to walk up and down hills. As we are in our later years, we hired a car to explore. Would defiantly recommend for location, views and eateries.”
