2 out of 3 elevators where in function during the pandemic, not so practical. A bit worn. OK food but few opportunities in non buffet restaurants.

Sunlight bahia
Boendet var bra, vi hade en juniorsvit. Första rummet var bara ett rum, men vi bytte till en två rum, på 7våningen,jättestor balkong. Bra läge när till centrum,trevlig personal. Tyvärr stor skrällig resturang, bra mat, man får leta lite för att det goda, vinet i "all inclusive" var väldigt slätstruket. Riktigt dålig kvälls underhållning för utom en kväll. Svårt med parkering,vi hade tur som fick plats i en vecka. Vi tyckte att det var lite pensionvarning. Det var en OK vistelse.

Boendet är mycket välbeläget i slutet av strandpromenaden. Personalen är helt fantastisk. Professionell, vänlig, artig, gladlynt och alltid mycket hjälpsam. Hotellet är äldre och lite slitet, men oklanderligt rent och prydligt överallt

Det var ett bra hotell för familjer med barn. Ett hotell som är mindre och mer personligt och ganska lugnt och stillsamt även fast det är familjevänligt för mindre barn.

Helt okej vistelse
Tycker att välkomnandet var något otrevligt då jag blev ombedd att vidarebefordra min bokningsbekräftelse via mejl till dem, eftersom jag inte hade någon fysisk kopia av bekräftelsen. Detta trots att rummet redan var betalt och klart (jag kände mig misstrodd). Men de gjorde å andra sidan ingen stor sak av det och det löste sig fort. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Det var inget fel på lunch- och middagsbufféerna heller, men efterrätterna var lite tråkiga och smaklösa enligt oss. I övrigt bra service och bra stämning på hotellet.

åk ej om du är under 65-70år.
Ej vattengympa varje dag trots att hemsidan anger det. Personalen anser man är mycket besvärlig om man t ex ändrar en beställning av tomatjuice och även matpersonalen får en ofta att känna sig ivägen. Kvällsunderhållning är patetisk, Dåliga framträdande med personer som står och fejkspelar eller bara är ute efter pengar. Går bara att boka restaurang mellan 10-12 och då fanns ingen på plats. Poolen är endast uppvärmd på natten men redan kl 10 är temp nere på 18 och vid ett på eftermiddagen är det 16. Ingen badade. Anledningen till de goda betygen är nog att folk inte går in och betygsätter. (de flesta gästerna är över 70 år på stället) Ta ett annat hotell, det är inte värt pengarna.

Rekommenderas inte till er under 65. Dålig service och vi blev magsjuka båda två vid olika tillfällen och vi är bara i hotellet restaurang Endast vattengympa en gång i veckan trots att det står annorlunda på hemsidan. Underhållningen somnade en hel del till.

Åk ej om ni är under 65 och har krav på service och bemötande. ( de flesta lämnade showerna eller till och med somnade!) Om du så endast vill ändra en beställning till ett annat glas så visar de verkligen vilket besvär man är. Mycket tråkig service. Underhållningen bestod av karaokesång samt hemska djuruppträden som endast går ut på att tjäna pengar. Det står att det erbjuds vattengympa varje dag, men detta händer endast en dag i veckan. Poolen är uppvärmd på natten (26 grader) men då är det badförbud. Vid elva på dagen är temperaturen nere på 18 och vid ett 16 grader. Alltså inte uppvärmt. Vi blev även magsjuka två gånger vid separata tillfällen. Åt endast på hotellet. Kan alltså inte rekommendera hotellet.

ok om man är äldre än 60 år
Jag och min partner som är i 30 års ålder bodde på Bahia Principe mellan 27 dec-5 januari. Vi blev negativt överraskade över den dåliga servicen på hotellet. När vi kommer till hotellet har vi i förväg avbokat en natt med hjälp av hotels.com. Väl på Bahia påstår personalen att vi inte avbokat och säger att vi måste betala för natten som vi inte varit där på. Personalen visar noll vilja till service och vägrar ens att ringa till hotels.com för att kolla ifall vi avbokat natten. Vi får själva ringa dit och trots detta vägrar dem dra av första natten. Så hotels.com får ringa till Bahias chefer för att förklara att vi har rätt. Efter cirka en timmes tjafs med receptionen slipper vi till sist betala för natten som vi avbokat. Den äldre personalen på hotellet var otrevliga och bad man om någon ändring fick man arga blickar. Matbuffén var imponerande och smakade gott. Tyvärr så blev både jag och min partner magsjuka vid olika tillfällen. Eftersom vi bara åt av maten av på hotellet vet vi att vi blev sjuka på hotellet. *Underhållningen var urdålig och slutade ofta med att publiken skulle betala för att ta bilder med djur och underhållaren. Eller så stod en person och fejkspelade vid en synth. * Aerobics skulle erbjudas varje dag. Under 10 dagar erbjöds det två gånger.

The Hand Shower was broken, so you only can shower when sitting. The big pool was a bit heated, kids pool was freezing cold, not good for our 3 y o. The view from our room was perfekt. We had cockroaches in our room. The dinner was good for me, great salad buffet. But not for my husband, meat and main dishes were not good in quality and selection. To use the inside pool in the spa you need to pay 15€ per person a day. For one small pool the kid would use for maybe an hour, this is way too expensive. Didn’t expect to pay anything, not very attractive.

Great value clean and friendly stay
Excellent stay. Great value. Food was great staff friendly. Loved it when staff showed you to a table rather than the usual all inclusive scrum to get seated together. Food refreshed frequently and wide variety to suit picky kids. Hardly any queues to bar. Ok the lifts are a bit slow but if that’s the negative …. Definitely visit again

Muy recomendable, excelente ubicación y servicios
Excelente ubicación del hotel, muy buen trato y atención del personal. Habitación familiar para 4 personas limpia y muy grande, con unas vistas al mar magníficas. Instalaciones y servicios muy completos y el buffet de media pensión bastante variado. Muy recomendable para disfrutar unos días en la isla de Tenerife ya que está bien comunicado para desplazarse en coche y dispones de plaza de parking (de pago) en el propio hotel. Seguramente optaré por el mismo hotel si vuelvo a visitar Tenerife.

Habitación standar decoración completamente obsoleta, mal insonorizada con puerta que daba a otra habitación y que los niños de al lado intentaban abrir (teníamos 2 habitaciones pero no comunicadas entre sí, se comunicaban con otros clientes. Pocos enchufes pedimos regletas y nos dieron la dirección de una ferretería (tenemos el mapa) Aire acondicionado ruidoso y sin marcas en el termostato Baño anticuado con una sola pastilla de jabón y dispensadores de gel, mala iluminación 1 solo enchufe Intentamos cancelar pero no fue posible sin penalización y el reembolso tampoco era posible, se pago en el hotel y tardaban más de 7 días El buffet era de muy bajo nivel, habíamos comprado el pack completo, e intentamos anular el primer dia. Pero hoteles.com dijo que lo tenía que hacer el hotel y el hotel que hoteles.com Solo hemos desayunado 2 personas. En la semana solo hicimos 2 cenas en los restaurantes de las instalaciones también bastante mejorables También hay un sistema de reserva de horarios para el desayuno y comidas cuártelario , que tampoco evita las colas Igualmente los ascensores o están mal programado o son pinsuficientes . Mejor por las escaleras Las instalaciones de las piscinas con tumbona también suponen cierta habilidad para coger alguna . Como no viajábamos con niños no podemos decir nada de ese tema Hemos pagado la estancia del parking La situación del hotel es buena , te permite ir a cualquier otro sitio rápidamente EL PERSONAL es 10

Food was good, pool area well taken care off and staff in the pool bar area well helpful and very friendly. The lounge bar often had queues in the evening thought the staff worked very hard to keep things moving. Didn’t like the fact that only local spirits on offer for all inclusive and full price charged for branded spirits. Other hotel I have visited charged a supplement not full price.

Big and uninspiring
It’s a huge complex which was catering mainly for older and mainly German people. The staff were friendly. The lifts: only two out of three worked. In a full board or half board hotel like this the food was of poor quality. I suppose if you want lots of cheap food, this is the place. It’s a little out of the old town but is set near some fine coast with surfers enjoying the great waves.

Excellent.
Very good food, great service and friendly staff. Room very big and comfortable with great views. Clientele older so entertainment was focused on the older generation but still pleasant. Entertainment staff very friendly and really gave us great attention. Hotel location is fantastic, close to everything you could need.

La ville superbe, l'hôtel limite .
Bon séjour , concernant la ville que nous connaissions, agréable, sauf que l'hôtel nous placé au dernier étage contre la machinerie de l'ascenseur, un bruit épouvantable la nuit, nous avons bataillé pour changer de chambre, la direction a acceptée, nous précisant que leur technicien aurait pu faire le nécessaire, je crois que l'on se payait notre tête . Bref ! le personnel était limite désagréable .

All the staff were brilliant. Nice to see so many smiling faces. They all worked extremely hard to make our stay special. The spa is wonderful and should be compulsory on the first day as it prepares you for a relaxing holiday. I can't praise the team highly enough. Thank you so much.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, there was some building work going on at the hotel, and it we could hear drilling in the morning. There was also building work in the neighbourhood. Great location, the hotel is on the seafront and you only need to cross the road to get to the beach. It is at the end of the promenade and easy to get into town. The only other draw back was the air conditioning which was not having much effect, so we had to sleep on top of the bed as we were too warm.
