We didn’t valet because we were doing a lot of in-and-out and didn’t love that self-parking was across the street in an unsecure parking lot. Also didn't love that room keys aren't required for the lift in such a large/frequented hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern.”

Kendra at front desk went over and above to help me out during my stay, appreciate her efforts. nice gym, but the pool is out back, outdoors, kind of isolated, truck lot out back plus unhoused encampment about a quarter mile away, i wouldn’t leave a child unsupervised out there. make sure and ask for a room away from the highway, much quieter than freeway side. ”

Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. "
