Two nights in Den Haag
Lovely new hotel, close to connections, a cafe and small supermarket. Great breakfast! The fridge in our room did not seem to work, we told the reception, and when we came back a few hours later they had replaced if with a new one. Great service!

Sköna sängar. Bra standard på badrum. Fungerande kassaskåp, vattenkokare och många tv-kanaler. Hyfsad isolering från all trafik runtomkring. Tafflig service vid in- och utcheckning. Minimal städning.

Nice hotel, but the internet connection...
NH Den Haag is nice and well situated hotel close to the central station and with the nearest tram station just outside. Walking distance to city centre with nice pubs and restaurants. If you however are in any need of a working internet connection - just forget it. (...and that includes both the free connection and the business upgrade both are worthless)

Trevlig hotell i anslutning till city.
Hotellet ligger väldigt nära city. Från tågcentralen så tar det ca 10min att gå eller 3min med tåg som stannar utanför hotellet. Personalen är duktiga på engelska och det var inga problem att checka in. Hotellet erbjuder frukost mot tillägg men det var inget vi valde att ta. Vårt dubbelrum var väldigt modernt förutom den gamla tvn. Ett spa ligger vägg i vägg som hotellet kan boka in dig på om du vill ha detta. I sin helhet så är vi nöjda med allt vad detta hotellet erbjud. Det man bör tänka på är att man får betala en stadskatt när man checkar in som jag inte riktigt fick bra förklarat för mig vad det innebar.

I booked a room with a king size bed, I got two twins. They put a topper on the twins after I fell between them. There were weird liquid stains all over the yellowed sheets and what appeared to be old blood stains. Most of the staff were friendly some were not. it is quiet which is nice but the overall condition is not great. I had to switch plugins to use the lamp and the coffee maker as one outlet was dead. They ran out of coffee pods so I had to buy some.

Staff were friendly and hotel room was nice and clean. Only negative for me was that the aircon didn't get cold enough for the thick duvet so I was sweating the first night. Easily solved by sleeping on top rather than under it.

overall a good hotel
overall it was a good stay.only the bedlinen were not done as expected. the nightstaff which i understand was a hired security guard ..was impolite but the rest was good.

Worst business hotel I have stayed at!
Location of the hotel is ok as the station is not too far to walk. I was allocated a room where there were building works going on. I was assured that the works would be completed by 8pm local time. However I was awoken by very loud thudding noises and drilling at 2, 3 and 4am in the morning. I did not get any sleep. When I called reception, I had to justify and prove the noise was there (she arrived just when there was a pause). Luckily the noise started again whilst I was trying to find recordings of the previous noise on the phone but really why was I asked to prove there was unbearable noise all morning/night? I was eventually moved to the 8th floor, where the carpet was outdated and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke. This was at approximately around 5:30am. I was about to get about 2 hours sleep. I am pretty sure the staff were aware of the ongoing works and the noise, and they could have made more of an effort to allocate a more appropriate room for my stay. All in all, the worst hotel I've stayed at for business. I don't really find the time to write reviews but my experience was so awful, I felt compelled to leave a review for this one.

Wir hatten 1 Doppel- und 1 Einzelzimmer für 4 Nächte ohne Frühstück reserviert. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption am Tag unserer Ankunft durften wir trotzdem frühstücken und die Rechnung dann vor der Abreise begleichen. Selbstverständlich hätten wir eingesehen, falls es mit dem Frühstück nicht klappen könnte, weil wir das ja nicht mitgebucht haben. Jedenfalls ging es problemlos, aber am 2. Tag (Sonntag, den 24.9.) wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin des Frühstücksteams sehr unfreundlich empfangen und auf äußerst unhöflicher Weise aufgefordert, das Frühstück sofort zu bezahlen, was wir auch getan haben. Dieses Verhalten fanden wir inakzeptabel und besonders sehr schade, weil das restliche Personal stets zuvorkommend war. Deshalb haben wir, trotz dieses bedauerlichen Ereignisses, das Hotel sehr gut bewertet. Übrigens waren die Frühstücke an den 2 nächstfolgenden Tagen wieder problemlos und das Personal, wie erwartet und gewohnt, sehr liebenswürdig .
