Dear customer, you had a reservation NON REFUNDABLE , for 10/02 with a departure on 11/02/24, you DID NO SHOW UP , and you wrote a bad review without actually staying when at the hotel, and all this because we did not accept your request to cancel the non refundable reservation .We respect the opinion of our customers, but they must have stayed in the accommodation, otherwise you consider defamation.Best regards

I mobili sono un po' antiquati ma in buone condizioni. E i bagni hanno queste dimensioni in modo che il resto delle stanze sia più confortevole. L'appartamento dispone anche di un caminetto per la stagione invernale.Se visiti il nostro sito puoi vedere le foto dell'appartamento. Μrs Rozental Haghai,we are sorry to have left you with such impressions, regarding you stayed in connected rooms.no. 107 and 108 with your family it may indeed have suffered some damage during your stay because of the noise of the A/C which was replaced, but regarding cleanliness, all the specifications are met to give clean to our customers even when due to their earlier arrival we were in a hurry to deliver them to them, also the hotel has its own laundry for its linen, so the situation is controlled by us, why I don't understand the dirt you found it? also, our maids are experienced and have been working here for years, and for that reason there are indeed invoices with cleaners that we order every week for our cleanliness, so please do not insult us unfairlyBest regards
