“We stayed in one of the big rooms with 3 beds, a couch and a kitchenette. Hubby and I went up half way, and our adult kids came down half way. We did shopping, antiquing, out to eat, had a great time. The room was large enough for all of us, not crowded, no fighting. Love the flooring, no rugs. Cute little table and chair set. “This was a nice place. Small but perfect for just two of us. Away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to drive to Acadia & Bar Harbor. The cottage stayed a comfortable temperature. My only complaint was the bed. It was really uncomfortable…everyone is different in what they like, but this mattress was very hard and springy for me. I would suggest a mattress topper. We really enjoyed having a fire in the evening. So peaceful. Thank you for an enjoyable trip! ”
