I’m not sure why nobody mentions how incredibly dirty the rooms are at this hotel? Checked in to a room that was so dusty everywhere (appliances, tv, corners, air conditioner had dust hanging off from it), dirt stains on the walls, filthy tv remote. Complained about this to the manager and was able to get another room, but of course it was exactly the same problem. Tried to explain to them that the issue was not the room itself and that it was their cleaning service that did not deliver. Manager just stared blanked at me not sure what to do so had to beg them to do proper cleaning. Went out for the entire evening so that they could clean the room. Came back to see that they were just cleaning on the spots that I pointed out. They couldn’t figure out themselves where cleaning was needed… It was late in the evening and the most crucial parts were cleaned so I just went with it.
The location is great. Closest station is Kyobashi station. Next closest would be Ginza which is one of the main metro lines which is great. 10 min walk to Tokyo station. All in all, location is amazing but after some further investigation a couple of bucks more you could absolutely get a better hotel with better service.
