“Beautiful spot within view of the fork in the river with the gentle sound of moving water. The cabin has everything you need for a relaxed stay including an outdoor grill and fire pit. If you don’t feel like cooking, The Inn if the River is a quick walk just across the street and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will stay here again when we return to the area. ”

“It served the purpose...a place to sleep and shower. Check in was super easy...no keys to lose, you just need the code. Cute set up however the carpets are light colored and look really dirty in the living room area and the unit had a very musty/mildew smell I'm guessing due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The a/c unit gives off a similar odor when turned on. Luckily the weather was good so we just opened the windows but you could still smell it.”

“Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!”

“Everything and everyone was great! Only two negative comments. One, we had great difficulties with the entry system and had to call for help on check in day and the following day. Two, the beds are not very comfortable. . . by the 3rd night. . . not at all. Everything in the area of Tockwood was amazing. . . Beautiful!”

“Everything was exactly as hoped for and expected. The views, when not raining, are majestic. A storm knocked out the power, but the refrigerator and other essentials were on the generator. Because it occurred soon after sunset when it was still raining a bit, I recommend bringing candles or another source of light. ”

“First off, it's a property management company who contacts you incessantly and bugs you to download their app often. I'm on vacation, I don't want to be micromanaged or bothered. Pros: Check in was easy. House was clean. Good location - can easily get to trails or the town Nice deck! Well stocked kitchen Cons: The floors are incredibly sloped. Please be careful walking in this place - not sure if the foundation is sinking or what. Bathroom door has a lot of damage to it Only one window...

“This cabin is a couple minutes from Greenville and inside, it looks like a brand new home. 3 good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cute kitchen/living room area with vaulted ceilings. We loved the metal ceiling in the living room. The kitchen had everything you would need, including a dual function (Keurig/regular) coffee pot. The basement isn't finished but it has a ping pong table. It would be a good place for teenagers to hang out. The house is right off the main road, but we did not...
