Loved the room. Was simple and clean, a bit small but nice. My only real complaint was the traffic was loud. Heard everything,my room was facing the highway! The hotel itself was super nice!

On checkin got stuck in the elevator with 3 young kids and had to call the front desk a few time to get an update. Was stuck almost 1 hr before the patients of the kids called 911. Not impressed

I loved the self serve coffee, tea and water. The snacks for purchase were also great. Very modern facilities. Would stay here again.

The terrible noise from the air conditioner was so bad and so loud we could not sleep or watch our tv without putting the volume up so high the neighbouring room knocked on our door to keep it down so all in all such a bad first experience. Although staff was excellent and room was clean.

Very nice, modern hotel, but in a very industrial area. Tricky to get in and out. We had to change our plans and left a day early -- the manager refused to give us a refund for the unused night. Very disappointed in this. Also, breakfast was delicious but super crowded.

I loved the hotel. It’s brand new, clean and there are no carpets in the room. The only problem is the traffic outside the hotel is very noisy.
