Wir können das schöne Haus sehr empfehlen.
Wir haben hier 4 wundervolle Wochen mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Das schöne Reihenhaus ist voll ausgestattet: Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und sogar Backformen. Bettwäsche sowie genügend Hand- und Badetücher waren vorhanden. Für die Kaffeetrinker: Es gab keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine wie wir es von anderen Häusern kennen, sondern einen Kaffeezubereiter/Pressfilterkanne. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir unsere eigene Senseo- Pad-Maschine dabeihatten. 😊 Insgesamt gab es 3 Terrassen. Die untere Terrasse mit einem kleinen Rasen, ist voll eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde auch geschützt dort mal liegen konnten. Zu unserer Urlaubszeit im Februar/März war an der unteren Terrasse nur zeitweise die Sonne aber im Hochsommer sicherlich angenehm. Dafür gab es im 1. Stock eine schöne windgeschützte Terrasse, wo man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann. Alles sehr gut durchdacht. Von der unteren Terrasse hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf den gepflegten Golfplatz. Wir haben in dem dort wunderbar und sehr ruhig geschlafen. Gute Matratzen. Das WLAN Netz war sehr gut. Es gab ein Samsung TV mit vielen TV Sendern davon ungefähr 7-8 deutschen Programme. Auch die App Netflix und Amazon Prime war auf dem TV vorhanden.Ein kleiner gut sortierter Spar Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ein Geldautomat ist dort vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Ralph, dem Vermieter, war sehr gut. Wir und unsere Hunde haben die Unterkunft geliebt und und kommen gerne wieder.

Wintergolf holliday.
Klein maar mooi huisje. Geschikt voor kort verlof met 2 koppels. Douche in tweede badkamer is klein. Matras in de hoofdslaapkamer is aan vervanging toe. Zoninval is gering in de winter. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Aangename leefruimte. Leuk terras op de eerste verdieping, toegankelijk via de hoofdslaapkamer, met zicht op de green van hole 6 en de tee van hole 7. Wij willen een volgende winter gerust terugkomen. Frank, Jo, Hilde, Riet.

A long stay over winter to get some sunshine
My husband and I, who are in our 60’s, stayed here for December and January to get some winter sunshine which we got in bucketful’s! So the weather was fabulous. We had our small dog with us and were looking after our son’s King Charles cavalier too. Overall we had a good stay but was disappointed that the villa has a north facing garden which wasn’t clear from the details. However, there’s an upstairs small terrace which is south facing so we were able to sit and sunbathe. The owner was responsive when making contact about various things. Also, we could not let the dogs into the garden when there were golfers playing in case they barked at them and put them off their stroke. Overall a good stay.

Ein schöner Urlaub in schönem Haus und schöner Umgebung
Im Haus hat alles gestimmt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Um die Anlage herum sind eher Felder und um etwas zu erleben muss man einige Kilometer fahren. Ist aber nicht so schlimm. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit sehr warmen Temperaturen.

Very pretty modern villa
On arrival property was very modern and clean. The small garden out back was lovely for lying out and the sun terrace of upstairs bedroom was ideal for evening drinks and sitting out. Very quite. Handy for boulevard, Spar and the club. We had hired a car so this was ideal to see some more of area. All in all an excellent holiday and villa is great value for money.

Clarks holiday
Lovely size villa with plenty of storage and kitchen accessories in a brilliant position for walking to paddle courts, boulevard, spar shop and hotel bars/restaurants. Only let down is that there isn’t a communal pool very close by and there aren’t any lightweight sun chairs/loungers to take to pool or beach. We paid to use paddle court pool while there but would have been much better if it had its own pool or at least a free communal one a lot closer.

Thank you for your kind words about our villa. We try very hard to provide everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The pool situation is unfortunately beyond our control, as the main community pool has been closed for repair. There are many pools at the apartments that can be accessed by renters, using the armbands provided in the villa. The nearest is a ten minute walk away. We have two sets of sun loungers at the villa, but found that the lightweight ones we used to provide for our renters for beach use broke too easily and we had to be constantly replacing them. We will however reconsider if this becomes an issue. Thanks again for your feedback.

Gemütliches Haus- Casa Bougainvillea :-)
Wir waren begeistert, als wir ankamen und das Haus sahen.Vor dem Haus Carport für das Auto, der Garten nach hinten mit Tür geschlossen. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, die Küche wie zuhause, es hat wirklich alles was man braucht an Utensilien.Ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 bequemen Einzelbetten, die Bettwäsche wunderschön. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Treppe nach oben,dort das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, auch sehr bequeme Matratzen . Das 2.Bad mit Badewanne und toller Deco, überhaupt, das ganze Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet mit Deco und Bildern, das haben wir so noch bei keinem Ferienhaus angetroffen. Im oberen Stock hat es 2 Terrassen, eine Süden, eine Norden, so konnte man wählen und fand immer irgendwo ein Sonnenplätzchen. Die grosse Terrasse unten, mit dem Rasen davor, fand unsere Hündin ganz toll, sie lag gerne da und schaute auf den Golfplatz. Das Golfresort, wo sich das Haus befindet ist toll. Man fühlt sich sicher durch die Eingangskontrolle mit Schranke und kann wunderbar auf der Anlage spazieren gehen, wenn man nicht wegfahren möchte. Der kleine Spar-laden in der Nähe ist praktisch für frisches Brot morgens usw. Wir waren viel unterwegs zum wandern. Die Lage ist perfekt für LA MANGA, oder das Innerland. Es fehlte uns an nichts, viele Märkte zum Bummeln und das Einkaufszentrum in Cartagena war auch interessant, zurück beim Haus war wieder absolute Ruhe. Das genossen wir sehr. Die Preis/ Leistung bei diesem Ferienhaus war wirklich perfekt, auch unser grosser Hund war kein Problem, so können wir sehr empfehlen. Für uns 5*+. Danke an den Vermieter!!!

fantástica villa
La villa es una pasada, estaba muy limpia al entrar, ubicación perfecta de sol i tranquilidad, en general dentro de la villa, muebles, camas, baños, cocina, salón, terraza, etc.. todo perfecto, hemos estado muy a gusto i el trato con la agencia perfecto i con el propietario Ralph exquisita, se ha preocupado en todo momento del estado de nuestra estancia si estábamos a gusto en todo, i la comunicación con el es rapidísima, es de agradecer que el propietario Ralph se haya preocupado tanto por nosotros. En el complejo no falta de nada super completo en restaurantes, pistas de pádel, gimnasio, campos de golf, parques, supermercado, piscinas, etc...Volveremos seguro, i recomendamos su estancia, por el trato recibido como por la ubicación de la villa. Chalet de dos plantas con estancias muy grandes y jardín privado. Ubicado en urbanización con muchos servicios y entretenimientos (restaurantes, supermercado, golf, padel, piscinas...). Zona muy tranquila que invita al descanso. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para la estancia, no echamos nada de menos. Tienen incluso un baúl en el jardín con juegos de playa para los más pequeños. Todo maravilloso. Sin duda repetiremos!

Excellent villa
The villa was excellent very clean and everything you need. The problem going in Winter the back of the villa overlooking the golf course is north facing so does not get any sun. There is a small balcony on the front which gets the sun all day but it is overlooking the road and is noisy from the traffic and the padel courts. In summer this villa would be perfect.

We were unsure if the Mar Menor golf resort would suit us, it was excellent, what a great place to stay. The villa (Casa Flores)was great very clean with lots of home comforts.(Cats very friendly too). The resort is very upmarket and the gardeners do an exceptional job, Very friendly place to stay. The few bars and restaurants are good outside the resort. Had some good nights out. If your looking for a clean safe resort this is the place. Will certainly come again.

Great villa , fab spot on the resort, will be returning.
My parents have just returned from a week at this lovely home in the sun. We stayed on the resort as a family of 12, some in another villa and some in the hotel. This villa is perfect for couples or family, great size, lovely and clean, close to on site shop, paddle courts, restaurants on the Boulevard and hotel. Perfect spot to view the golf looking over the 6th & 7th fairways.🤗 The villa was bright, great living space, fab size bedrooms, furnished lovely, comfy beds in short would highly recommend. Great Villa
We had a great stay here for a week. Main bed large and comfortable. Excellent location for The Spar supermarket, crazy golf, tennis and cafe bar. We joined my sister and her family at the hotel for the Kids disco which was fun. My husband won the Superman dance and my 37 yearold niece won The Macarena......twice. The villa has plenty of kitchen untencils, the only thing I couldn't find was egg cups. Overall a great time was had by all. Thank you.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended
We are on the journey driving home after a wonderful 6 weeks in this property. The villa is perfectly situated on the golf course and we would definitely come again if we get the opportunity. All communication with Ralph have been replied to within just a few hours. Mar Menor gem
Stayed for 4 weeks in April. Played golf at Mar Menor but also at some of the other courses that are close by. Having stayed previously at La Manga, La Torre and Roda we feel Mar Menor is the best. Location, restaurants, supermarket and not a ghost town! Casa Flora exceeded our expectations. Top class!

An excellent villa in a delightful setting
We cannot praise this property too much in all respects. It is first class in terms of equipment and completeness, the kitchen even has a knife sharpener !!! . We have never been to a property that was so well appointed. The central heating is a godsend in the winter evenings. The Mar Menor Golf Resort is beautifully laid out and even in February was busy and bustling with residents and visitors. We never felt that we were in a "ghost town" that can be the feeling in some places at this time of year. Access to grocery stores outside the complex is easy and quick by car, although the Spar on site can cover all requirements if necessary. Management of the property is well done and we found Ralph himself to be extremely responsive and helpful. In short, we loved our nearly 6 week say and hope we may revisit in the future. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet but warm break away from the UK winter.

Nous avons apprécié cette jolie villa fonctionnelle et moderne malgré la proximité des voisins . Bonne séparation des espaces pour 2 couples avec une chambre et salle de bain en rez de chaussée et la même chose à l'étage avec une terrasse dominant le golf. Excellent clean property with a homely feel to it which is close to the main towns.
This is an excellent property on the lovely Mar Menor golf complex. The property is clean and tidy maintained to an excellent standard. The property is well positioned to access the main towns nearby. We would definitely consider staying at this property again if we decided to return to the Mar Menor.

Relaxing break
Well started really well with a bottle of red wine from the host. The two weeks just went so smoothly, they had everything thing we could need in the villa that we could won’t. My two kids made friends really quickly so gave me more of a time to relax. I found myself going to the same pool every day , pool 3 as it had beds there to use. I think it would have been nice if the villa had a pool but wasnt really an issue, I would like to say a big thank you. We had a greater time

Lovely property, well equipped and great location
Casa Flora is a really lovely townhouse, situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. It is very clean, quiet and well equipped. We are a family and none of us play golf however, the house is great as a base as 15 minutes from the Mar Menor beaches or 20 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. Cartagena is also close by with is Roman Amphitheater and several boat trips on offer. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this area of Spain.

Lovely house
We had a very comfortable stay. The modern house is very well designed and equipped The house overlooked the golf course and the location suited us well. The house has a lovely feel. We would stay there again.

Great property in great location.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Flora. The property was really well laid out with multiple balconies and patio to catch the sun throughout the day. Great location for easy access to resort supermarket, paddle tennis and also the Boulevard’s bars and restaurants.

Casa Flora Villa on Mar Menor Golf resort
Excellent accommodation and close to all the amenities, very comfortable inside, however could use some extra garden furniture, sun loungers, tables and chairs etc, on the upstairs balconies. Inside, the villa was well equipped and required nothing extra. Would have no hesitation in renting this lovely property again and all correspondence with the owners was replied to quickly and efficiently.
