Very nice apparment.
We had a very pleasant stay. A little trubbel at first to understand the TV-config., but it was sorted out immediately by our host and his contact at the site. Our contact was very helpfull and easy to reach. We can strongly recommend a stay.

Wonderful apartment
We have really enjoyed our stay at Tims lovely apartment. Perfect size, nicely decorated and very clean. The balcony is in the shades and is perfect in the afternoon. It's near to the beach and restaurants. I walked along the seashore every morning and it's spectacular. We will be back for sure. The only thing we would have liked is an extra key. Thanks a lot Tim for checking with us that we had everything we needed. // Eva

Better than expected
The photos of the property don’t do this place justice. Lovely clean flat with everything you could need. Extras on the TV was a bonus for rainier days. The location is perfect with a short walk to a large supermarket, and lovely restaurants, but without feeling crowded or noisy. The pools are on the smaller side but a lovely extra. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Superb location
Having decided to have a short break, we settled on this apartment. We have travelled extensively and we kind get to know what an vrbo listing is! Well this place was above and beyond. The owners were with us every step of the way in contact and very approachable! Which is kind of a first for us! We was met at the apartment by the lovely luyba, she explained everything to us! It really was 5* treatment. The apartment was fantastic, modern, lovely touches, we loved the window shutters! Equipment wise it had it all! The bathroom was exceptional, spacious with a luxurious feel! The photos really do not do it justice! Honestly I could go on! As for getting around, we was walking distance to a little strip of bars at the top of the road, all ok! The little gem we found was a place called patio anduluz it was a proper Spanish restaurant with just fantastic flora and fauna! We love to get about, so we had hired a car, perfect, as this place had a garage to keep it safe at night, infact the place had security guards at night just for added piece of mind! Anyway as for travelling out, we went to busot a beautiful set of caves an hour into the mountains, Alicante, cartegena which was awesome and the beautiful city of Valencia! All within a couple of hours drive so a good location! I honestly can’t remember the amount of stunning beaches we went to but mil palmerias was a stand out! Oh and if you don’t fancy venturing out, there is a lovely balcony to just kick back and relax! Thanks so much to the hosts for letting us stay in there own bit of paradise. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you once again.

Still gorgeous
This is our third stay in this delightful apartment. Each visit we enjoy it more. It's beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants, The grounds and gardens are kept in immaculate condition. The two swimming pools on site are very well kept and never busy. Communication with the owner is always very speedy and lovely lady who cleans, both extremely helpful and thoughtful . Thank you so much .we're looking forward to our next visit :)

Very well equipped and spacious 2 bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor of the beautifully landscaped gated Panorama Park development . Exactly as described in the listing . Apparent balcony has a northerly aspect , Punta Prima is a pretty quiet area, with most shops bars and restaurants on the main road N332. I can recommend Asia Kitchen on the strip. Restaurant Nautilus , and Restaurant Punta Prima on the coast. Also the beach front Chiringuito del Sol Punta Prima for sundown coktails Property was an idea base for exploring the Costa Blanca .

Beautiful appartment with a perfect location!
So happy we made this choice! The area was peaceful and very beautiful and felt safe there.It was a perfect location not far from anything.Shops and a good restaurant near by the sea. With bike only about 20 min to Torrevieja center!The appartment was fantastic! There was a bit of a luxorious feeling, it was clean and spotles and fresh all over the appartment, we had everything we needed to make a good breakfast, the fridge was new and clean, which I liked, he shower was uppdated,furniture too, and the beds were just great and confortable, we all slept so well there!! We really felt so good taken care of while staying there. The owner and the local contact answered all our questions immediately and gave some good advice also. So I thank you for making our vacation so great in Torrevieja!Deffenately will keep this place in mind and recommend it to all of you planning a vacation in Torrevieja!! This apartment is the best place I have stayed in -we have been visiting the area for 35 years visiting relatives and stayed in hotels-villas etc and just wished we had found this earlier looking to book next year

A 5 star apartment should not have a badly stained mattress.I have taken photos of it. Also a stained pillow.There were tea or coffee stains inside the mugs.The stand alone electric fan was covered in dust which I had to clean before it could be used. The ares was lovely and very quiet in the evenings.

Excellent stay
Just spent a fantastic 12 days at this apartment at Panarama Park, if you are looking for a quiet location but within walking distance of all amenities restaurants, shops, beach etc than look no further than this apartment, it is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, the bed was extremely comfy and large and there was plenty of storage space for clothes, withTV in all rooms and more channels than I new existed, Luyuba met us at the property and explained how everything worked and Tim sent all the details prior to our arrival to enable a very smooth check in, would recommend this apartment and definitely 5 stars from us. Thank you Tim and Luyuba :)

A perfect apartment for our family
We spent a wonderful week at the apartment. Everything we could have needed was there. It truly was a home from home and true to the pictures, if not nicer than the pictures could show. Check in, communication with Timmy and check out was all very simple. The complex is great, quiet and friendly. The local area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week we will definitely be back!

The apartment is certainly 5 star, exceeds the photos by far and was our perfect holiday. Beautiful grounds and 2 pools at the complex. Pure relaxation, good walks and good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Hop on the very frequent and cheap local bus to bigger resorts. Timmy and Lyuba couldn’t have been more helpful and there is nothing you couldn’t want for in the apartment. Stunning and perfect would sum up our holiday experience and cannot wait to return. Ideal holiday getaway
We spent eight fantastic days and nights in Timmy’s apartment in Punta Prima. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for a stay which is in a very secure, quiet complex with great facilities. Torrevieja is a short taxi ride away (about €10) with plenty of buzz in a lively but safe environment. Punta Prima is quieter but still offers good options for eating out and shops just a short walk from the complex. The beach is also a short walk away providing a fun, family friendly alternative to the two swimming pools. It was ideal for us with two daughters (9 and 11 years). The apartment was equipped with everything you could need and our only suggestion would be that two sets of keys would be provided as we couldn’t split up on the odd occasion because one of the groups would not be able to access the apartment. We did enquire about this on arrival but the housekeeper informed us that we could only have one set. Overall brilliant holiday. Thank you so much!

Flot lejelighed i Spaniens sol.
Dejlig lejlighed i rolige og smukke omgivelser, tæt på strand, indkøb og by. God indretning og alt er 100% velfungerende. Fantastic stay, couldn't fault anything. April 1-8th
What an amazing place to stay, first impressions were superb and it got better from there. Timmy was so helpful in everything we did from arranging Lyuba the key holder to meet us at the apartment when we arrived, stocking the fridge with a few essentials as we knew we were arriving late and recommending restaurants, pubs etc for us to use. On first impressions the apartment grounds re stunning and once we entered the apartment everything was as described, a lovely clean modern place with everything you could wish for included. We went for a walk around the grounds the next day and the gardens and set up are absolutely beautiful, no half painted walls, uncut grass, etc, everything is looked after superbly, I really cant fault anything. The location itself is great and access to the beach is a couple of minutes away with some wonderful coastline walks to several nice beaches, we preferred the Cab Roig beach which is a bit further but lovely atmosphere. Also its ideal for the supermarket, 10 mins walk over the bridge and a few nice local restaurants, again only 5-10 mins walk. Anything that i asked was sorted out in no time and Timmy couldn't of been more helpful on our last day arranging for us to sort our luggage etc out as we were on a late flight. If I could give the place and the helpfulness of the owner 6 stars I would, great place, great stay, will definitely be back Phil & Maggie

We were welcomed by Lyuba who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious.
The area despite the closeness to a good selection of restaurants was quiet and peaceful. The gardens were well kept and the swimming pools sufficiently large enough to encourage one to swim. The sea is a short distance from the apartment and has paths to allow you to walk close by. The local shops and supermarkets are varied, and the large retail centre will provide hours of fun for any shopaholic. The many restaurants both within walking distance or a short drive away offer a wide selection of excellent value meals and cover a variety of tastes. The apartment has a decent sized kitchen and living space. The large balcony with a varied seating area is welcome in the warm evening. The addition of air conditioning helps at night.

A Los Altos gem.
A very comfortable, modern apartment in a lovely secure, quiet setting yet handy to all amenities including some good restaurants and beaches. A couple of very minor issues were promptly and effectively dealt with by a delightful lady housekeeper, who, despite our late arrival made us very welcome, letting us into the apartment. The owner , Tim, was likewise very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

All furniture fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard in this immaculate property. Fully fitted kitchen and luxury walk in shower make this a class above most holiday rental properties. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to others and look forward to returning here myself in the future. Fantastic apartment and superb communications too!
What a beautiful place! The apartment is furnished to a fantastic standard and has all the facilities you could wish for to have a superb holiday. It's spacious, tasteful, clean and has a lovely balcony for evening glasses of wine etc. A 60" SMART TV in the lounge, large quality sofa, granite work tops, induction hob and fantastic twin sink bathroom exudes luxury. The tropical gardens of Panorama Park are nothing short of spectacular and it means you simply take a sun lounger (x2) from the apartment and find some shade under the many trees there. There are two large pools which while we were there in July and had only a few people using them at any one time. The park is secure with coded access and security guards patrolling, it is incredibly well run. The maintenance crew were painting sections while we were (the paint looked fine!) there which lead me to believe to complex is constantly being looked after; it is truly immaculate. The gardens have some lovely flowers and it's a perfect place to get lost in a good book and enjoy the surroundings. Five minutes down the road is a small local beach and you can walk quite far into the water before it gets even up to your waist. Five minutes from that beach, is another secluded small beach, lots of people swimming observing the marine life there. Five minutes up the road, a local super market, retail park (Wok Buffet worth a visit so you can have the pre-prepared food you choose cooked in front of you) and some restaurants. A taxi to Torrevieja is around 10 euros and worth a trip if you want to see more activities. Tim replied rapidly to any questions and was a first class person to rent this apartment from. We treated the apartment like it was our own and our deposit was returned within a few days of landing back in the U.K. I would definitely love to stay here again :)

Amazing , modern apartment in lovely grounds with great pool.
Just returned from a great family holiday in Punta Prima. The apartment is amazing with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We spent most of our time on the balcony which is spacious and furnished for both eating and relaxing. The pool at the apartment is lovely and very well maintained. It was never busy during our stay and my 2 children were quite often the only people in it. Tim was available via text the whole time and was able to answer any questions we had. Punta Prima itself is fairly quiet but there is still a choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We took a taxi to Torrevieja for approximately €10 if you want a busier resort. The sea front is only a 5 minute walk away with lovely coastal walks in either direction leading to various beaches. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing break but within easy reach of busier resorts if that’s what you’re looking for.

Modern apartment with quiet surroundings
We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 nights in Punta Prima, the apartment was well spaced and equipped, the huge TV keeping the kids happy in the mornings. Not like other apartments we've rented, this was very clean throughout and the contact before, during and after our stay was excellent. Food in the immediate area is good, Giacomo being particularly good with or without the kids. The grounds are well kept and the pools are great and quiet (June) This has definitely made our list of properties we would rent again.

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer erstklassigen Ferienwohnung, die sich in einer gepflegten Anlage, mit eigenem Sicherheitsdienst befindet, verbracht. Alles was man braucht (Supermärkte Restaurants, Go-cart-Bahn, etc.), ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zwei Strände (ein kleinerer felsiger, sowie ein größerer Sandstrand) befinden sich wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Timmy, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kümmert sich umgehend um alles, falls doch ein Problem auftauchen sollte. Vielen Dank, für einen unbekümmerten Urlaub! We were met and let in by the lovely cleaning lady who answered any questions we had. The appt itself is beautiful and very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fabulous appartment situated in a very attractive complex. A real home from home, this appartment is equipped with just about everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and in emaculate condition. 5 star treatment from the moment we booked, this is a superb modern apartment in a beautiful complex, every box was ticked for us. Thank you to the owner Tim for all his help with any questions we had, look forward to booking again in the future

Well appointed and in a great location
Last minute break to research the area for a long term rental later this year. The property had everything we could possibly need for our stay, even Sky Sports F1! Timmy's communication throughout was first rate and could not be faulted. The proof of staying anywhere is whether you would go back again. I would definitely have no hesitation in rebooking this property.

Fantastic!
We stayed in this apartment end of June. Its really luxurious, very clean and quiet place. Tim (owner) explained us everything and he was all the time in touch with us so we felt very comfortable with all our trip. Beach is just a short walk away from apartment with small bar and very good restaurant Nautilus which you have to try. More restaurants, bars and shop are just few minutes walk. We can only recommend this apartment and give it 5🌟 👍🏼😉

Traumhaft!!
Diese Wohnung ist absolut perfekt. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die gesamte Abwicklung lief reibungslos. Tim, der Vermieter, ist ein toller Mensch, der sich immer umgehend zurück meldet. Ich kann diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke für diesen traumhaften Urlaub.

Beautiful, stylish apartment on a lovely complex.
This apartment really has the wow factor! It is spotlessly clean and very stylish but also comfortably furnished.It has all mod cons and everything you need for a lovely stay. The complex itself is in beautiful grounds and feels very safe and secure. The owners are very helpful and answered any questions I had promptly. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

May holiday 2017
Arrived at the apartment late may for a one week stay, on arrival initial impression on the outside of the apartments were very clean, gardens well kept, pool area well presented and secure. Apartment itself was stunning, immaculately clean, modern, with all up to-date appliances, great views from the balcony with comfortable furniture. Position of the apartment was within a 5 minute walk of Punta Prima beach local bars and restaurants. Tim himself was extremely helpful when booking and was always available if required. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again when visiting Punta Prima. David and Diane.
