Ett mycket fint hotell med fantastiskt läge och utsikt! Hotellet är mycket rent och fräscht, personalen trevlig och frukost biffen var utmärkt med ett stort utbud av mat. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, de gav oss bra tips och råd. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Familje Weekend i Tossa Del Mar, 19-21 maj 2018
Ingen information om att hotellet låg på en sluttning, inget för personer som har problem med hälsan. Vi bokade villan eftersom vi var 7 personer. Bilderna på villan stämde inte alls med vad som visades och dessutom låg den ett par hundra meter från hotellet på en brant sluttning med massor av ojämna trappor, Fungerade ej för oss! Mycket besvikna fick vi byta till 3 DR med tillägg så klart och rum utan balkong och med utsikt mot en husvägg! Tråkiga stela rum med hårda sängar, 1 plaststol och inget på väggarna. Dessutom mycket små rum! Matsalen hade en fantastisk utsikt över havet men en urusel mat, Vi intog 1 middag där och det räckte, dessutom DYRT!! Frukosten var OK, men ej mer!! Rent o fint o trevlig personal. Ligger en liten bit från själva kärnan i Tossa Del Mar. Sandstrand nedanför men lite småstenig! Inga fler besök för oss på detta hotell!

Härligt hotell vid stranden
Rent och fräscht trots att hotellet inte är nytt. Störde mig att de tillät glas vid poolen inte så kul med glasskärvor. Underbart område. Prisvärt i hotellbaren.

Good location but too many flaws
Location in Tossa is good, the hotel is located just by a nice small beach and is at convenient walking distance from the city centre. The hotel standard is ok, but is not a modern 4 star hotel. Feels slightly dated and in many places a refresh would be needed. The food was overall very good and the service in the restaurants was swift with plenty of staff attending to the tables. What made this a 3 out of 5 for us were the overall standard/condition of the hotel as well as some flaws in service. The bathroom of our room had a horrible smell (sewage smell) so bad that the kids refused to go into it. When we adressed it to the reception they (1) did not apologize for it and (2) only managed it by spraying a scent in the room to hide the smell (which did not work for more than 10 min). Also the wifi did not extend to our room which in 2016 is unacceptable. The hotel also charged 8€/night for the safe in the room which feels cheap, and when reflecting on this to the reception the man in charge just smiled and said "this is Cataluna, and in Cataluna you have to pay for everything" (which is a funny remark as we have stayed in plenty of hotels in Cataluna and never paid extra for the safe. All in all an ok hotel, but would expect more given the price we paid for our stay.

Lugn och skön solsemester
Tillbringade tre nätter med familjen i hotellets villa efter några dagar i Barcelona. Lugnt och fint och stor, rymlig villa. Tvättmaskinen fungerade inte (hotellet löste fläcken på sonens shorts, tack!) och diskmaskinen diskade inte rent (behov av service?). I övrigt var vi mycket nöjda - fint poolområde och bra läge.

I love this stay so much. The staff was so nice and helpful. The gave us a ride to the bus station which was really nice. We were here during the low season so it was quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful! The room with the ocean view was worth the little bit extra. They also have a wonderful breakfast that’s included. This is everything I could ever ask for. If I could request one thing, it would be a microwave. But really, it was no big deal. I will always remember this place. Easy 10 out of 10

Our view of the beach was spectacular. We got so many Sunrise photos and at night the submerged lights from scuba divers was interesting. We enjoyed kayaking from the beach and swimming in the Mediterranean. The very well preserved castle in town was beautiful as a backdrop for dinner or breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and was accessible with a short walk. We will return.

A waste of time and money, review may be anomalous compared to current reviews, but those set our expectations. Poorly run and low quality breakfast. Somewhat inconsistent friendliness of foh staff, some were wonderful and helpful, some were cold/ rude, feels a bit like a holiday farm, busy and boring, maybe we're not the target customers, or maybe we've been spoiled by previous holiday experiences.

Hidden Gem
Tossa de Mar was a fantastic place. We really enjoyed the village with the castle. Very relaxing - if that is what you are looking for. Hotel Reymar we judged was one of the nicer hotels in the village - the pool was great, and access to the "smaller" beach was just a few steps away. We even got up early to watch the sunrise on the rocks by the beach. We would definitely book this again!

Había solicitado una habitación teniendo en cuenta que mi madre tenía capacidad reducida y cuando llegamos no funcionaba el ascensor Encima me dieron la última habiataviln del pasillo donde tenía que caminar un montón Ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadeza de darme una cercana a la recepción Las instalaciones dle hotel son buenas Están cuidadas pero el acceso a la playa no cuenta con ascensor para bajar hasta el subsuelo La comida es normal es aceptable El personal e general es muy atento salvo en la recepción Tiene muy buenas vistas

Tossa’s gem
the hotel is a distinct gem given its quieter setting at the most northern & quieter beach with diving schools, kayaking & paddle boards. Front desk staff and other service staff were consistently courteous & responsive. But big shoutout to Aaron - a fine ambassador for the town - who shuttled us from/to the bus station. our room was fine but more bathroom amenities would be a plus. And while we enjoyed our breakfasts, as good as dinner was be better to warm the room more by dimming the lights. an enjoyable stay for sure.

The staff was very helpful. The pool was excellent for our children (aged 5 and 13). The views in the breakfast rooms and restaurants were magnificent. We would have liked to eat more vegetables in the morning. We paid 20 euros per day for parking our car and it was worth it. The car was in the parking garage where it was in a safe and cool place. The staff drove it there and from there. The beach was close to the hotel and easy to reach. This was the best hotel that we have stayed in.

Couples short break
Had an excellent stay at the Reymar. The hotel is fabulous, with excellent service and high standards. We could not fault it. Fantastic choice for breakfast and food to an excellent standard. Rooms extremely comfortable, clean and well serviced. We had a sea view and it was simply stunning. I took advantage of the spa facilities which were also top notch. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning.

The property was great. I plan on staying here again. The room was amazing waking up to such a beautiful sunrise. The staff was top-notch. Everyone was so professional and kind. This was one of my favorite places in my month trip to Europe.

The staff did not provide beach or pool towels for free they wanted to charge me €10 for a towel. They should learn to loan towel for a small deposit not to sell them because we as travelers can’t bring towels back home

Disappointed - but spotless and efficient
Hotel is in a nice location, room was spotless, bed comfortable and staff efficient. However, all very cookie cutter - nothing that wows or makes you feel special. No drinking water provided, a kettle is provided but only instant coffee sachets and not even a soap bar to wash your hands (there is shower gel in fixed dispensers). Breakfast is adequate, but again nothing extraordinary. Only issue is there was only one coffee machine, so had to line up to get a coffee (at least it wasn't instant!). Biggest issue was that having looked forward to a sea view, our room was directly above the pool and jacuzzi, so half the view was actually middle aged sunbathers. To make matters worse, an acoustic anomally of the hotel' is that even when jacuzzi occupants talk to each other at normal levels, their entire conversation is amplified directly into the balcony and room. This forced us to close the balcony door so we didn't really enjoy the balcony. I regretted spending the extra and should have gone for a non sea view room. As we were only staying 24 hours, I didn't want to disrupt the management, but strongly advise that if getting a sea view, make sure you get a higher floor for the view and that the room is not above the corner where the jacuzzi is located.
