“The accommodations were adequate and the location convenient. Being very close to the road, the road noise could be irritating at times. It is an older house that has been remodeled. The biggest issue was that when we first got there, we found that the front door lock code did not work. Nor did the key lock box code work. It took nearly 2 hours before we were able to gain access to the rental. The "local" representative was very helpful with this situation.”

“We enjoyed very comfortable accommodations with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Meals and food prep were easy in the well-stocked kitchen. All needs were me. “This home was a great spot for us to get together. It has unbeatable views and is just the right amount of distance from town to feel like a real getaway. The tram car down to the beach was convenient for us to have a fire and go paddle boarding. It was comfortable and cozy for our group of 8 adults. The downstairs can get a little chilly, but we adjusted for that. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!”

“Close to Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes for biking, walking and running access. Nice water view. Bed was comfortable. Essentials were there such as dishes, towels, etc. It was clean. Lacking comfortable seating inside and no seating outside on deck to enjoy view of lake. It is an older modular home and could use some attention in areas.”

“This was a very well-equipped "tiny" home. It had a beautiful setting on the St. Joe River where we enjoyed some much needed down-time. We were there on the weekend before the 4th of July, so there was A LOT of boat traffic and the road noise can be loud, but it may be quieter any other time of the year.”

“The house was conveniently located and easy to find. Parking was available, that’s nice. House was clean. Really nice view as you’re on the river. Great kitchen with all the things necessary to cook a couple meals which I did. Loft beds were a bit tricky as two adults stayed up in them. Very tight quarters. More suited for children for sure.
