“Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent.”

“The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. ”

“Hotel is attached to the airport, which makes it easy for early morning flights. Just give yourself lots of extra time if you are parking your vehicle at the hotel while traveling & be prepared to pay for the convenience of parking at the airport. ”

“The staff and security were very attentive, very kind and always available to assist. The hotel was very quiet & clean. The room was great & ready ahead of time. The front desk was readily available & always provided me with what i needed. the parking was very easy. The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. The only other option is to order food & have it...

“Outside was poorly maintained but inside was clean. Elevators were noisy even halfway down the hall. Guests were noisy as well, but this was out of hotels control. Overall, hotel met our needs and was a decent value. ”
