“Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. ”

“The checkin and checkout process was very quick. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had everything you needed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The shuttle drivers were friendly and timely ”

“It was a special hotel filled with lots of characters and old world feel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the temperature control in my room was not working so I had to ask the front desk to control the temperature. I would’ve preferred the temperature to be warmer but it was keep defaulting back to cooling when it reaches the desired temperature. Othe than that, I liked the friendly service and the restaurant. The food and service was excellent!”

“Stayed at Courtyard a few times and the room and hotel overall is good, but especially appreciate the access to the very modern gym with both swimming pool and spinning cycles. The location is also really good in Baltimore Inner Harbor with a lot of restaurants close by as well as the Harbor area.”

“Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance.”

“Our flight unexpectedly got rerouted to Baltimore and needed a room for the night near BWI. We were able to book online and have a shuttle for us within 15 mins. The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Thank you!! ”

“Great location. Great atmosphere. The bar and lounge area was great. Nice music, nice drinks, nice food, overall nice atmosphere. Free shuttle to and from Arundel Mills Mall, Live Casino, and other local area spots. Nice weekend getaway. Very much enjoyed.”

“Everyone I mean Everyone had this wonderfull ATTiTUDE the clean people ,the maintenance people say goodmorning to you, the staff telling you have a good day, When I walk outside I was ready for anything because they made me feel not good,BETTER than Good and I have not felt good in a long time, Staying there was the best thing, I slept for 7 hours straight no interruption, I have not done that in over30 years, No Joke”
