“Really nice place conveniently located in a great area. Really great price for two bedrooms as well. Easily half the price compared to 2 hotel rooms in the area. Let me start by saying that the place was very clean and comfortable. There are several nice restaurants in the area. Also a Starbucks and Panera. Just a short Uber downtown. “Great views of Vanderbilt U. Adjacent to Chili’s and across the street behind is a Martins BBQ place… ery good food. Our room faced Vandy…occasional street noise and copter flyovers. But not bothersome. Kitchen with cooktop , microwave, frig/frezeer and dishwasher. Ok breakfast included. Lots of choices. Only complaint…the Icemaker is LOUD when the ice crashes …. Turn off by raising the metal bar up. Do that before bed! Parking in underground garage or by valet…not free”

The only thing that I’d note that might not be on the listing is that you will have to pay for valet parking. About $50 a night! But on that note, I would say this is one of the better valet services I’ve experienced. ”

It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. ”
