“Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...

“Excellent, but just need some things fixed or replaced however. The bottom of the dishwasher is clogged thus the dishes do not come out clean. The hand held can opener and food processor do not work, need new table tennis paddles and darts Very comfortable, we had a great time there in spite of the rain.”

We wanted a nice quiet cabin to spend a weekend reading and relaxing in front of a wood fire, and we got it! “We loved our time at your cabin. The decor was cozy, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the deck and view were just what we had anticipated. It was all good except the weather. You know, April in Oregon.”

“I took my son snowboarding with friends for his birthday. This house worked well for me and the 3 teenagers. The driveway is a bit narrow and steep so that made parking somewhat challenging and unloading gear not the easiest. We liked the wood stove and the open kitchen annd living room. Overall we were happy with our weekend stay and we enjoyed the house.”

“We had a really nice time but I will say that the outside part of the property was not wet weather friendly. The roof that covers the patio leaks when it rains and there's no cover over the hot tub, which makes it unusable when it's raining. The house itself is gorgeous and full of most of the amenities that you need, which saves on the need to pack bulky items. The river is much much bigger than it looks in the pictures. “We had a wonderful time. The A frame is super cozy and great for a couples night out. You're in the privacy of the woods and even when it’s raining it’s beautiful. Loved the animals on the property too. They’re adorable.”

The only downside is it’s run by vacasa and it was difficult to get in touch with someone and it was always a different person when we had questions. “I enjoyed my stay but a few things did leave us hurt; there’s a place on the floor in-between the closet bedroom, main bedroom and bathroom that I cut myself on (I believed it’s the carpet staples) so just a fair warning for that! My diabetic friend that was with us dropped their insulin needle which resulted in us needing to move the dresser which we found a container of Parmesan cheese that was making a really odd smell in that room. “The cute cabin is even better than what is described in the listing. We were very happy with the accommodations. Every detail was paid attention to by the property owner, down to having tylenol in the medicine cabinet and fresh coffee provided. When I left important items behind, the owner arranged to meet me so I could get them back in my hometown. MUCH appreciated! We will definitely go back to this little treasure.”

“We wanted to spend the new years in the snow so we rented this cozy cabin as close to mount hood as possible. The pictures give this property no justice. The home is amazing and very roomy and clean. Even though it was no snow at snow bunny lodge we layed by the fireplace and played games as a family!! 10/10 recommend”
