Nära till flygplatsen bara 2 km om man landar sent. Vi stannade bara en natt. Det hade varit bra om vi bett hotellet boka taxi då det är en djungel på flygplatsen och dyra priser. Det ska inte kosta mer än 30 000 men ville ha 300 000. Vi betalade 100 000.

Clean and close to the airport
The hotel is a good option if you need to stay close to the airport for 1 night. If staying longer or the distance to the airport is insignificant, choose another hotel. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded.

Was a good place to stay for one night when flight got into Bali at a late hour. Really nice pool & poolside area. Room was good; however had a musty smell & black mold in the shower.

It is unfortunate that the shuttle bus from the airport did not come after an hour and a half of waiting. I think it was in service, but I could not find it, probably because it was crowded. I think it would be better if the shuttle bus stopped at the pick-up point for 5 minutes or so, and if it called out to the bus driver or other staff, there would be no one who missed the bus.

This hotel is awesome for the price I paid. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The breakfast is top with so much variety to choose from. The location of the hotel and the airport is super close so makes for an extremely handy hotel to go to if you arrive late at night. Thank you so much Harris hotel for making our stay so memorable :)

Very handy for the airport
Very handy for a transit stop at Bali . Despite being so close there was no aircraft noise. Only comment would be that electrical items should be tested as the kettle didn't work and the air conditioning remote needed new batteries however maintenance were happy to repair

Pro: free airport shuttle (once every hour, no need to reserve), super close to the airport (can even walk), rooms are quiet, modern, environmentally friendly (reusable water bottles, refillable shower/shampoo bottles, etc.), good breakfast that starts super early (one time it was 3.30am another time it's 6.30am, i have no idea why the time changes, but it's def earlier than other hotels) Con: bad maintenance and condition (safe didn't work, hotel brought a new one still didn't work, had to move to another room, then sink didn't work, shower drain was clogged), need to walk about 10 mins to busy area for food, massage, shopping (that's where Holiday Inn, Fairfield Marriott, and some other big hotels are located), but Harris is cheaper and better value for money if you don't mind the 10 min walk.

年末は、宿泊料金が通常の2倍程度だが、それに見合ったサービスの変化は見られない。

I stayed at the Hotel Suite for 5 days. Most aspects of the stay were satisfactory- the staffs, the food, the cleanliness, the water gallon in the room (love this!) etc. The challenging part was the inconvenient location of the room (for the most expensive room and for staying more than 3 days). Unfortunately, the room required constant navigation up and down stairs, making it difficult for my family with 3 year old twins. This layout was not linked with other facilities , if we were using our strollers, forcing us to fold and unfold strollers every time we needed to access common areas like the restaurant , entrance door, ,posing safety concerns for my children. I can see it is much easier for small rooms guest to move around than suites .

好感度は使途次第。
リフトを１箇所しか動かしておらず、朝夕は混み合っている。午前中はハウスキーピングの車の音がとてもうるさい。古いホテルだが、適宜改修されていて清潔感は保たれている。飲料水は自分で廊下に置いてあるサーバーから入れられるので、ペットボトルの購入は不要。空港至近だが部屋は静か。周囲はごちゃごちゃしていて、リゾート感はない。
