It was a very horrible experience my husband and myself will not be getting a room from that red roof locsrion until they get bew over night staff at that location. We came for a relaxing weekend and almost walked out in handcuffs

El check in fue terrible esperamos mucho ademas me dieron una habitacion que ya tenia huespedes al ir a reclamar no me atendieron luego tuve que hacer fila de nuevo. Pedimos toallas nos la dieron de mala gana y no nos dieron suficientes y no nos querian dar mas papel de baño. La empleada de la tarde no quito mi nombre de la habitacion que ya tenia huespedes , la empleada de la mañana tuvo que hacer todo el cambio para poder regresarme el deposito. Muy malencarada la empleada que estaba en la tarde el 26 de abril jamas me habia tocado una empleada asi ni ganas dan de regresar

Unfriendly sarcastic front desk. Hard beds with flat pillows and currently in some stage of rehab with construction supplies and vehicles throughout. I would not stay here again.

The walls were so thin, we could hear the elevator binging at the other side of the building, the voices, footsteps, and conversations through the wall were loud and echoing probably because the hardwood floors didn't help as well. I know they have to do construction on occasion, but at least inform the people staying. The pounding started at 7:30am everyday.

It was under construction and had to walk through it to get to the room. They started at 8 am and stopped at 6 pm. How about they take out the whole floor instead of hammering right next to occupied rooms. Didn't make me feel safe leaving to explore with people next door doing construction. The staff were acomodating. Had to change from 1st room which smelled of smoke. 2nd was ok except for construction.

Great place for the price. We booked this hotel because they were pet friendly. We didn't end up taking our dog, but I was still happy with our stay. There was a slight smell of cigarettles in the hallway (we stayed on the 3rd floor) but it didn't linger in the room. Room was quiet, couldn't hear freeway traffic. Would stay again.

Dirty room, door to room difficult to open/close. Bath door rotted at bottom, VERY noisy, yuck! Never again! I'm a frequent traveler and this hotel was not acceptabe.
