“The breakfasts were great, the beds very comfortable and the staff really friendly. We stayed 4 nights. After the second I asked that our floors be cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor from the previous occupants and the bathroom corners were grubby. On day 3 I had to rescue a toy from down the back of the bed and found skittles wrappers (not ours), and lots more, from who knows how long ago. I wish I hadn’t looked. For the price it should have been spotless. ”

“I had a great stay at the GuestHouse in Lexington. It was quiet, clean, and easy to get to from the highway. The breakfast was good too! The only thing that I thought was odd was the bathroom in the room I was in didn't have a switch for the fan- or if there was one, I couldn't find it. Take that as you will, but otherwise I had a great experience.”

“The linens were clean, but very obviously OLD! The towels were very obviously worn out and need to be replaced. The breakfast was wonderful (nice hot food). Disappointed that the pool was closed. But the beds were very comfortable.”

“We checked in late after a long day to be able to get some sleep before getting up very early to catch a flight home. Check in went smooth and quick. When they seen that, my mother was not going to be able to go up to the second floor, they made sure to give her a ground floor room. We went to our room and found everything that we needed. Was able to sleep OK beds were comfortable. Got up the next morning and our shuttle person was ready to take us to the airport. The staff was very friendly and...

“Great value for the rate. Renovated doors. Microwave, refrigerator, easy checkin. TV is slow with weak signal but is working. A/C works but rattles. Didn't smell like smoke. Safe and convenient area. A little noise from the highway but no drama or noise from the others. ”
