Cozy stay
Pretty condo, very clean and neat. Check in was easy, communication was great. Basic amenities were included including shampoo and soap. As others have pointed out, parking is tight, but we didn't have any trouble. Honestly, most places on Tybee have tight parking so we didn't feel this was a negative. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Property
This little condo was just what we needed for our little stay at Tybee. Only issue we encountered was parking. It’s very tight and hard to pull out of the designated parking spot. We were warned Overall though it was clean and roomy.

Very nice vacation rental.
My sister and I had a wonderful week in this rental. The condo was roomy and had the basic supplies. We would have preferred a keypad or two sets of keys, as sometimes we would go out at different times. This condo is in a perfect location. It’s just a few blocks from the ocean, the pool, shopping, and many restaurants. The only time we had to get my car was to go to the north end of the island. Everything else was easy walking distance. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the back river. Although we don’t know if we will ever return to Tybee, my sister and I said we are not hesitate to rent the same way place again.

Southern Belle review
The location and property was as described. Enjoyed the stay. The staff was wonderfully quick to respond to any concerns. I wish the floors and tub had been a little cleaner but the overall property and staff were great.

Fun place
We had a great time in this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location and access to beach. The kitchen could use some attention in terms of supplies like a good sharp knife, tongs, more silverware (only 4 knives) . We had to buy a can opener. A few more t towels. We “made do” tho so no big deal. We tend to cook more than most people I guess.

Good - but add missing items
Enjoyed the condo great location but you folks should provide the missing needed items that were listed and which were not in the condo for the next renters - so this is fyi to put in condo: Can opener - couldn’t open our canned food. Clean Bath towels (none and a dirty basket of laundry (the towels) was in a laundry basket near the washer with no detergent provided - so no shower until we went to supermarket the next day. Also don’t want to wash other people towels. So there is a double set in that condo now since housekeeping later brought us towels. We washed them all and folded on table and in the hall bathroom closet. Shampoo in each bathroom wasn’t there There was no outside garbage receptacle at this location. Problematic. There was no recycle receptacles either at this location. We had to drive our refuse out to the town locations. All other apartments seem to have a garbage receptacle outside - strange and inconvenient not to have one for the rented condo. Kitchen towel not there Kitchen sponge not there Paper towel roll not there Kitchen potholders not there (need for cooking/oven. We are telling you so you can get these items into the condo for next people. These items are really needed. Loved this place - loved tvs and ac (we set at 73 when we left) laundry was all great - everything worked perfectly (lock broke and help came right away - so great) loved everything. Thank you.

Mother's Day 2023 on Tybee Island
The condo was perfect for our long weekend in mid-May! We are a retired couple who stayed three nights there with our adult son. Everything was clean and fresh. Although the building is a little older, it has been maintained nicely, with new flooring and other upgrades. Close to the beach, and great restaurants, the Tybee Pier, and shops are within easy walking distance on the South end of the island. The staff was very welcoming an promptly responded to texts regarding daily pool access codes. A short walk away, the pool was clean, heated, and not crowded. One of the most pleasant experiences we have had in a beach rental!

Clean, comfortable, convenient
My spouse and I greatly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condominium. I was very pleased with the cleanliness throughout. (I did not see one insect inside the entire stay... which I feel is worth mentioning in Georgia!) This space was furnished with everything we required. The parking was perfect for our single vehicle (there is room for two vehicles). All tools and utensils provided to cook our own meals. (No food stuff whatsoever; no oil, spices, etc. We did not expect any, but worth mentioning so you can expect to find your own. There is one convenience store in walking distance with food basics, and a larger grocery store within cycling/ short-driving distance. The grocery store closes 7 - 8pm). We also found the spigot at the bottom of our condo steps very useful for rinsing when returning from our beach walks. The beach is a very short walk away! Southern Belle, the rental management company handling this property is kind, professional, attentive and not at all invasive. We will be returning to Tybee Island later this winter for a family reunion... I will be searching for a Southern Belle property to accommodate our group. Thanks Southern Belle! For prospective renters of this property... go for it! We loved it.

It was a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo needs some updating: rust on frig and shower rods. Pillows on living room have feathers coming out. However, the manager was easy to communicate with via text.

Great place near the beach
This property was as described. It is within walking distance of the beach but it is not a beachfront property. The two bedrooms are spacious and roomy and the kitchen is stocked with equipment. The beds are queen size.

Overall great experience
The place looked exactly as pictured! Decent place for the price and a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to local shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream! One complaint is the pool is a couple blocks away and a bit small, still a great place to relax. Also, the parking is pretty tight, have to be careful not to hit any concrete pillars. However, it's nice to have protection from the weather for your car! I would recommend this place overall.

Great Memorial Day Weekend
Overall, a great experience! The condo was easy to find, easy to check in, had everything we needed, and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to prep meals in the condo to avoid eating out, and being able to run back and forth between the condo and the beach. If you do opt to eat out, there are plenty of options walking distance! Our pup loved lounging on the porch, but note that dogs aren’t permitted on the beach at any time of year. Southern Belle (management company) was kind when we were able to reach them, but responses can be delayed and we never got through via phone call. The only trouble we had was with the front door(s). The front sliding door doesn’t lock (just a physical block), and the entrance doorknob and lock get stuck most of the time. We eventually were able to figure out a trick to unlocking the door to get to our pup inside. Southern Belle wasn’t responsive when we suggested a handyman.

Girls work trip
Condo was a quick 2 min walk to beach access, clean and cozy, listing was dead on Accurate. Living room furniture could definitely use an upgrade but other than that I would stay here again. Thank you

Amazing Tybee Island condo
My family absolutely loved this condo in Tybee island. So much so, we have booked again for next year. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Amazing condo.

Dirty
Floors and furniture were filthy. Bed frame was busted, they came out next day and repaired. If I was the homeowner, i would be embarrassed and upset. For the property management, they should look closely at their cleaning crew unless they just dont care and only think of the money.

Great Location
If you are looking for a great location for your family with everything in walking distance, look no further!! We walked everywhere once the car was parked that was it. Downtown is two blocks away, the beach is right there, it was great! This place was also perfectly sized for my husband, baby dog and I. Having two full bathrooms pretty large in size was also a plus! Look no further! Book here

Great Spot Near The Beach!
We visited Tybee for Labor Day Weekend and have a great stay! The unit is a great size and well equipped. It was clean and set when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The best part was the location - Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Good Condo - Needs Some Tweeking
Good location to the beach and restaurants. Loved the beach paint colors. Good floor plan and the washer and dryer was helpful. The management office quickly responded to our request for extra keys and were easy to work with. The floor needs to be cleaned before new guests arrive - the floor wasn't clean well; we had some gray on our socks the first night - before we had the chance to walk to the beach and bring in our own dirt. The 2nd bed that is not in the master bedroom needs a new mattress and sheets. We would stay again if that bed gets a new mattress!

Beautiful Condo close to the beach
The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and all the furniture was nice and clean. It is in a nice area and you could walk to the main area of restaurants and shops easily. Very close to a beach entrance. The beach is gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip 2020
A very nice condo overall. However, the living room furniture is past needing attention. Slip covers would go a long way in disguising the dirt and rips. Upgrading the pots and pans would be most helpful for those of us who cook while on vacation.

Convenient to Shops, Restaurants, and the Beach
As other reviews have noted, the property and its amenities are a bit worn. Had we needed to stay inside more (e.g., if the weather had been bad), that would have been a bigger factor in the quality of our stay. In addition to the fabric on the sofa being worn through, the bed in the master bedroom is extremely creaky. As a base of operations, however, it suited us well. It's a quick and easy walk to many beach access points. Also, while it is in a residential area, there is a commercial district a few blocks away, so you can get there easily, but it's still pretty quiet at night.

We wanted inexpensive, we got cheap.
The location was good, the communication and check in / check out process was simple. The place wasn't very clean... when we arrived there was sand everywhere, the furniture is worn, torn, and dirty.

Convenient Location
Property is a good location on south end. It was clean and an easy short walk to beach or downtown. Property itself is good for a drop zone in between things and is absolutely great for anyone not traveling with older folks, which worked great for the two of us. If either of our parents had come to the beach with us, which they sometimes do this would not have been a good place. The couches are very worn (stains and holes) and broke down, and would have been very hard for an older person to get up from. The bed mattresses as well are past their lifetime. But again, if you're not traveling with older folks I would recommend this rental. Being able to walk to everything and not have to deal with parking is nice with this location.

Decent stay on Tybee
Condo is nice overall. The couches need to be replaced or have a cover on them... the fabric looks very tired and there are tears on the fabric. We had to put a blanket over them to sit on them. The fridge light was out and the fridge door was not closing well. The pressure on cold water on the kitchen faucet was very low. Someone called saying a handyman might come and then we never heard back? All in all, it was a decent condo, loved the front porch and it was quiet when we were there. We also loved the pool, they did a really nice job on the pool and have strict rules so it stays quiet, so that was nice.

Tybee 1st Timers
Southern Belle Vacation Rentals were great to deal with and very quick in responding to questions or concerns. The unit itself could use some updated couches and the bathroom in the hallway needs a new shower curtain and someone to look into the water pressure. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we look forward to staying there again.

Great spot
We loved the size and location of this property! We go to Tybee every year and this was definitely the perfect spot. Living room furniture was a little warn, but that's okay as we didn't use much! Also the master bath shower didn't drain very well. Over all we would definitely stay there again

Tybee for Sesock’s
PERFECT FIT for my kids and I! This was a very clean tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! It was very reasonably priced and easily walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops! The covered parking was nice also. The only slight issue we had was finding the condo and the parking spot as it’s fit tightly on a little side road. But that seems the norm on islands. I would recommend this condo!

Needs new furniture
The 2 sofas are so worn out you cannot get in and out of them. The master bed it worn out and it rolls to the middle of 2 people try and sleep in the bed. The floors were dirty when we checked in. They felt as they had not been steeped and I know they were not mopped before we arrived. The baseboards in the 2nd bedroom are 2 different colors. They had started painting them to match the trim and did not get finished. The location to the beach was good.
