Surrounded by rain forest
Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in a villa with a private pool right at the edge of rain forest facing a valley, and lying in the pool during a rain and thunderstorm was magical. The staff were nice and their English was acceptable.

Great chef, friendly staff and relaxing place
Had booked 1 room with private pool. Got upgraded to 3 room with private pool , but it felt way too big for 2 persons. The upper floor room was too big so the aircon had no chance to make the room cooler, so it was impossible to sleep there. The lower floor had 2 bedroom and bathrooms , and 1 of the rooms the aircon worked little so so. The best room was on the middle floor but no bed there. The private pool was nice, but parents with small children who cant swim must keep an extra eye as the pool is little deep. My partner felt that the 3 room villa felt abit spooky because of its size after a couple of days, so we tried change to the 1 room we had booked from first place. They could not change it wich we find little strange as the hotel was half full + the rooms were avaible acording to a booking site. We tried again 2 days later and then we managed to get 1 room but no private pool this time. But it was ok as the 1 room felt much more suitable for 2 persons. The breakfast was little so so, but as its only 16 villas there i can understand why. However the dinners we eat there were amazing, the chef there really knows how to cook and how to put it on the plate. And everything we eat there taste very very good. Alot of stairs in different variations but its a very nice place to stay if want relaxing and have a quiet time, and the staff is very friendly.

Mycket avkopplande
Hotellet ligger jätte fint med en massa grönska runt om en bit upp i bergen ovanför Ubud. Det är mycket lungt och rofyllt här. Personalen är jätte trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Det är bara en massa trappor på hela hotellområdet pga av det ligger på en bergssluttning så har man svårt att gå passar inte detta Hotel. Ett minus var att det luktade surt om huvudkuddarna annars hade vi ett mycket bra stort och rymligt rum. Vi bodde tre stycken i det och fick plats hur bra som helst. Ett mycket bra hotel.

Avkoppling och utsikt!
En bra plats att koppla av och se regnskogen på nära håll! Mycket mysigt och om man vaknar tidigt kan man se massa apor på den privata trädgården som tillhör villan. Tänk på att det finns MYCKET mygg i regnskogen, hotellet har trappor... många...många trappor och att åker du hit gör du det för att komma bort och koppla av!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, high in the mountains. Staff were lovely, beds hard, room was clean air con was good. The property needs some restoration a little run down but overall still enjoyed our time there.

Staying at Anahata was one of the best experiences I've had. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well taken care of and any requests we had were fulfilled expeditiously. Truly an amazing spot, and it's a very beautiful location to reside at.

Большая вилла, нам сделали апгрейд, свой бассейн, завтрак слабенький. на ужин готовят вкусно, есть бесплатный трансфер в убуд, русских не было, персонал очень приветливый и заботливый, местоположение крутое, виды очень классные, большой бассейн был всегда только для нас, стоит спец оборудование которое по всей территории отганяет комаров. очень хорошее место, хочется рекомендовать

I stayed at the Sheraton Resort in Kuta Beach prior to this but this hotel has been much more impressive! Everything is amazing here and there is nothing to complain about. I have been surprised with literally everything: welcome drink, the size and quality of my room, quality of the soap, quality of the food, size of the property, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, environmentally friendly paper paper packaging of toiletries, maintenance of the outdoor areas under a jungle canopy... the list goes on and on. Have fun exploring the property, waking down the stairs to the public pool (if you don’t have your own private one!), continuing further down to the private river access, crossing the river to view the waterfall... staff have been awesome, you can tel they all have great attention to detail. I love this place and booked a second night! It’s secluded enough to make you feel alone in the jungle, yet really only a short scooter ride to the main attractions of the area. Great location!

It was good, but not enough to come back
The place was outside the hustle and bustle but was way too far for my liking. Place did offer lift service into town but was very limited till 5:30 PM as a last server is a no go zone. Another downside was the gym was under maintenance the whole time we were there this was the main reason we booked Anahata and to see this was the case was a major bummer. Place had its own share of bugs but that’s what you get when you are in Ubud so love that :)! Bed was very comfortable and everyone was helpful when you need them to.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit on Bali. We were so surprised with the property as it’s much more beautiful than the photos show. We booked a villa with a pool and absolutely adored the view from our room. The hotel facilities and staff are formidable. We also ordered room service for dinner one night and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of food: delicious, fresh and presented beautifully. Strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants a romantic stay in beautiful Ubud.

Einfach Top. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine große Villa bekommen. Frühstück sehr lecker uns ausreichend. Personal mega freundlich. Unterkunft ist mitten im Dschungel. Mit Roller ist man in 10 Minuten in Ubud. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place :)
Having a room with a private pool is great and the views are amazing. There are a lot of steps though so definitely wouldn’t recommend for older people or probably people with children. The resort itself was good- staff were friendly and breakfast was good. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Ubud central and is a very secluded location.

Lovely
Amazing! We loved this hotel. Our villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely view into the jungle (we even got woken up by monkeys one morning). All the staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was lovely. Only slight thing is that it isn’t in walking distance of much. Didn’t affect us too much as we had things booked but something to think about. Overall brilliant and would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a lovely rural location out in the rice paddies overlooking the jungle terrain, but is 10-15min drive into Ubud , so if youre looking to be in amongst it, this might not be for you. Pros: pretty setting and rooms are clean and large with good Aircon. Great restaurant and lovely staff. Cons: far out of town, jacuzzi wasn't working, had power cuts and the sinks took a long time to drain. It says there is fitness centre...there is not. There is a tiny room with a treadmill, bike and multigym....all of which are broken. Overall a pleasant stay, but needs a bit of work to make it a truly fantastic place.

Отель невероятный! Он достаточно старый, но тем самым интересный. Территория огромная. Очень много ступенек, что хорошо для кардио :). Понравился большой номер. Понравился сервис. Понравилась ухоженность территории. Понравился просто огромный бассейн. Завтраки простоваты, но и в самом отеле вы будто одни. Определенно советую этот отель.

Muutaman yön vierailu oli mukava ja hotellilla oli ystävällinen palvelu. 3:n makuuhuoneen villa oli todella siisti, vaikkakin jo hieman "vanhahtava". Views were amazing and the staff were friendly and super nice. Lots of negatives, at first glance the looks 4 star, but look closer and its 2 star. We had a 3 bed villa. Negatives for the 3 room villa. On three floors connected by a spiral staircase. Master bedroom is on top floor and remaining bedrooms on lower floor. Not ideal if you have young children so far away from you, plus spiral staircase a nightmare to go up and down. Aircon in lounge wouldn't switch off. Peeling paint on virtually all the walls, needs massive redecoration. Smelled damp, fridge smelled awful, kettle took ages to boil. Towels look old and grey. There was a bird nested in the master bedroom somewhere in the huge wooden ceiling, everyday it would poop on the tiled floor. The shower has a lightbulb 10cm above it, very dangerous. It rained heavily and at times there was a small drip onto one side of bed, however this didn't matter as my wife was sleeping on the bottom floor close to the children, (see earlier comment). Positives, super view from rooms. Has cutlery, microwave in small kitchen. 15 minute drive from Ubud centre, there is nothing nearby. Inconvenient shuttles times, which are done to make you get taxis, or eat at the hotel. Shuttle times out 10am, 12pm, 3pm, pick up times 12.30, 3.30, 5.30, simply awful. When we mentioned this, usual Bali response of a smile and reiterate the shuttle times. You can easily spend $50 AU on taxis if you were to go out twice on your terms in a separate taxi.
