Bra läge men...
Hotellet ligger helt fantastiskt och villorna med privat pool och terass är ett trevligt koncept. Dock har de stora problem med renligheten och vi hittade tyvärr vägglöss. Vi bytte rum men samma visa där och även om personalen var hjälpsam så verkade de inte riktigt förstå allvaret i problemet då engelskan inte var den bästa. Utöver detta var både lakan och handdukar fläckiga och allmänt ofräscha.

For the bedbugs, it is actually not bedbugs but just regular plant bug since our resort is hugely exposed toward nature and that week, we were doing our weekly fumigation. Regarding the sheet, we are so thankful that you let us know right away so we can change it for you. Once again we apologize for this experience. We will be working really hard to improve and fix all the mistakes that we did. Thank you very much, Tejaprana Team

Jättemysigt hotell. Underbar frukost, man får beställa in från meny så lagar dom till det. Lite off från centrum men perfekt för några dagars avslappning.

Amazing hotel facilities and service
The hotel facilities are amazing and overlooking a small valley with forest and rice fields on the horizon. The service level was excellent and super friendly staff who were really committed to us as guests. The only thing that really annoyed us was that the room was very damp and even smelled of mould. Also we had lots of ants in our room.

Relaxing hotel with amazing breakfast.
I fell in love with this place. So quiet and relaxing, well worth the money. Incredible breakfast and beautiful hotel area. Close to shops nearby and there's a free shuttle service every day into Uluwatu. Amazing if you want to get away and clear your head for a bit. I recommend a room with a private pool. The only thing I'd say could be improved would be to fix so there's no spaces between the patio door and the outside. We had our lights on when we were sitting outside at night time and a swarm of insects managed to get inside our bathroom which was kinda disgusting. But the staff came in a heartbeat as soon as we called. They really wanna make sure you have a pleasant stay here. I would recommend this to everyone. Lovely place.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med superbra personal och service. Enda minuset är en något överprissatt restaurang i förhållande till maten. Aningen långsamma i restaurangen oxå. Magisk utsikt från valleyvillas!

Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. I enjoyed the fact that there were a limited number of villas, so you never felt like things were crowded or too many people. The staff were excellent and cared for all your needs, all while remembering your name every time they saw you. Those small customer service offerings make a huge difference and really what I have come to expect when traveling in south east Asia. The only negative thing I can say is that there were a large number of gecko's and large black ants (that bite). I ended up with a gecko guest in my room half way through my visit and had the ants all over my patio/pool area which made it less enjoyable to relax out there. However I will say that when I mentioned this to the front desk, they very quickly dispatched someone to come spray the patio area using multiple treatments. Overall, that was a small inconvenience compared to how much I enjoyed the other elements of my stay. After all, it is a tropical/jungle area so our little insect creatures are to be expected. This was a solo trip for me and I absolutely can not wait to return to Bali.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel it’s beautiful, the villa with the plunge pool was unreal and the food excellent. For us the staff totally made our holiday. They are quite simply fantastic. The service levels are absolutely first class and always with a smile and a warm welcome. We would not hesitate to recommend the resort and hope to come back some day.

Everything about this place is beautiful! We stayed for 5 nights, and we were never disappointed. All the staff are so kind and very helpful. Our room, the grounds and the restaurant are all very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is 10/10, the food is amazing! Our whole experience was excellent, we would definitely come back again.

That is really good hotel for the relaxing. All staff is good and friendly. A the lovely smile I love so much. The hotel facility very good the spa area and the yoga place. I like them so much…I must recommend this hotel to all.

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was above our expectation including the food at the restaurant! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely a dream come true! I literaly had tears in my eyes when i saw our room! Simply gorgeous! The entire resort was pristine, beautiful furnishings, clean pools, delicious made to order food, the service was impeccable, we felt like Royalty! My wife, Lorena, and I were enthralled with our stay and wished we would never leave! We will definitely visit again for Part 2 Bali and we both HIGHLY recommend this resort.
