“Das Haus ist ideal für eine größere Familien oder Freundesgruppe, die gemeinsam kochen und essen , aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten haben wollen. Die einzelnen Appartments sind einfach, aber mit allem Notwendigen möbliert, die Betten gut, aber mit einigen recht harten Matratzen, die einzelnen Küchen allerdings nicht ausgerüstet. Durch die ländliche Lage gibt es bei Einzug reichlich Insekten (Käfer etc.) im Haus, die sich aber bald 'zurückziehen', aber nur wenige Mücken. Einige Betten haben...

“Spacious and clean. Excellent for large family. We were a group of 10 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room to accommodate family meals yet private space when needed. Antonella was a great host. She was responsive to all our questions before the trip and took care of all our needs when we were at the villa.”

“Convent I Cappuccini was amazing. We (18 family members) spent a week here in early July 2022. The rooms are so beautiful and simply appointed. There were absolutely no complaints from the group. We loved the pool, the forest walks, early morning runs to Montalcino, lovely dinners on the patio, and day trips to close by hill towns. This house is a perfect venue for a wedding, family reunions or conferences. Riccardo kept the pool sparkling and was a great host. Thank you.”

There is so much space so perfect for large groups. Oliva and Lucia provide everything you could need! We did wine tours, dinners, and cooking classes all from Olivas recommendations. “Our group of 8 had the most amazing stay at Il Tribbio earlier this month. Everyone had room to spread out with the many bedrooms and bathrooms, three separate livings spaces and multiple kitchens! The grounds and pool were lovely, and Lorenzo stopped by each morning to ensure the pool was clean and sparkling. Federica and Lorenzo couldn’t have been better hosts. We would happily return.”

“I do not even know where to begin. The property itself was spacious and quaint with everything we could have wanted for a group of 12 people. The kitchen space made for a great family dinner spot and living room for game night. The pool with views of the Tuscan hillsides was literally from a book. Pictures do not do it justice!! I definitely plan to retire here some day in the future. Also cannot say enough of how helpful and ind Antonella was as a host. Would recommend to any friends/family...

“This is the quintessential Tuscan farmhouse experience. The location, just outside the beautiful village of Monticchiello, with perfect sunset views of the Val d’Orcia, can’t be beat. The house is large and could have easily accommodated a group much bigger than ours (6 people), but was cozy enough for my two young boys to be comfortable. “Wir waren mit 12 Personen im Familienurlaub auf Fonte All Oppio. Das Haus in vier Wohnungen aufgeteilt war genau das was wir in der Toskana suchen. Authentisch, schlicht aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine sensationelle Aussicht vom Haus und vom Pool. Toskana wie aus dem Reiseführer. Die Nähe zur schönen Stadt Pienza hat das ganze noch perfekter gemacht. Die Eigentümer Chaterina und Costantino waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in Allem ein Toskana-Urlaub...

“Che dire , la realtà è anche migliore delle foto che non possono descrivere il silenzio ed il panorama che si gode dal giardino della bella piscina . La parte per noi più apprezzata è stata la bella serra trasformata in palestra ( con attrezzi Technogym) e SPA con un grande bagno turco ed una ampia Jacuzzi riscaldata . Giuseppe ed il suo staff ci hanno assistiti e coccolati , grazie ancora !”

“This place has it all. It was big enough for the group of 10 of us to have our own room and bathroom and privacy. The house and grounds are beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The care takers Livio and Marella were so nice, helpful and attentive. And the highlight was Billy, the dog. He was our friend, protector and biscuit eater. For a group of dog lovers who were missing their dogs while on vacation, he made our trip. We will definitely be back.”

“Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel...
