Amazing experience with family (2 kids and 2 adults). Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples.

Siamo appena tornati, trascorse tre notti nell’appartento al sesto piano con balconcino privato! Una favolaaaaa!!! Avevamo due bimbi con noi , uno piccolino e ci hanno davvero trattato con i guanti facendoci trovare anche una culla super comodo. Appartamento bellissimo , in ordine , pulito , attaccato ad un supermercato e ubicato ad un passo dal mercato centrale . Che vacanza meravigliosa! Torneremo sicuramente !!!! Grazie grazie

Nice appartment. Very good location and in proximity of everything you could need like grocery store, public transport, restaurants etc . Small downsides: the water in the sink of bathroom did not flow away fast. After making a note, they did not solve it. Most appartments have a view on the inside of the building that is not reaily nice. But I think the view is compensated with a more afordable price.

Toute communion se passe sur whatzapp je trouve cela très pratique ! L’appartement était top propre rien à dire. Très bien situé en pleins centre ville on peut tout faire à pied ! Nous avons garé notre voiture dans un parking à côté de l’appartement pour 3 jours nous avons payé 49€ . Le seul bémol ( qui nous a pas dérangé ) on a pas compris le fonctionnement de la tv dc pas de tv pour nous ! Sinon je recommande les yeux fermé

Es una propiedad en el centro de Valencia. Pena que no incluya limpieza diaria,sino que es de paga. Pero es muy buena opción.

Frustrated
The apartment is in a great location. Other than that, everything about the apartment is very basic. For our 4 nights of stay, they gave us 2 pods of coffee, 2 tiny vials of shampoo and gel. There’s no soap in the bathroom and zero supply in the kitchen. When I told the office that there were no supplies, I was told that there’s a supermarket nearby where I could buy my own supplies. We arrived very tired from a long trip and we couldn’t even wash our hands in the bathroom. I had to follow up to get the entry code for the premises. They were supposed to contact me a few days before arrival. But no one did. I had to do the chasing to get the code. No service provided. When I asked if they could order us a taxi to take us to the train station, they said they can only send a taxi if we are going to the airport. The reply to my What’s up sent in the morning was answered only in the late afternoon.

Great modern, well appointed place, in a very convenient locatiion. Walking distance to the Central Market, many shops, and restaurants. Grocery store a few steps away. We didn’t have a car so it was great to be a few minutes walk away from the train station.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene ,abbiamo soggiornato con una piccola di 9 mesi situato in una zona centrale di Valencia ma nello stesso momento molto tranquilla . Ingresso alla struttura senza chiavi ma con codice elettronico l appartamento ben curato e attrezzato . Situato nel centro città facile da raggiungere con qualsiasi mezzo nelle vicinanze supermercato fornito e un sacco di ristoranti e bar .abbiamo raggiunto a piedi la maggior parte dei siti da visitare . Un filo diretto con Whatsapp ci ha permesso di chiedere info sul nostro soggiorno . Un buon punto di appoggio per un week a Valencia. Davide Nicoleta e Carolina

The property conditions are great, good setup and well kept. My only downside is that other properties of this type (not hotel rooms) also provide daily cleaning service, this one did not. Additionally, at the time of arrival our train arrived way before the check-in time; and although it was clear they would provide early access if available, property management didn’t answer to my messages/calls about if the place was already available - and they could easily provide the option of luggage storage (they have that option advertised) or just answer “sorry, we really don’t have an option for you at this moment “

Great place to stay for families.
This was an excellent stay for us. The location was terrific, very close to many of the main attractions and sights, as well as metro and bus stops. The apartment was roomy and well maintained. The kitchen allowed us to have some flexibility with our food needs. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the room needed more sheets, pillows and blankets, but overall a great place to stay.

I am fully disappointed by the described situation
There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. And this was NOT that I expected for staying there with my family including 2 small children and paying enough expensive price for the room. I called to property two times but they didn’t pick up the phone. Then I sent written request to them via WhatsApp to change the room but they rejected to do this. I am fully disappointed by this situation.

Great place to stay but BYO toilet paper!!!
Voghe Apartments are well located and walking distance to most of the main streets and attractions. The checkin process was smooth and very clear. The studio room was a decent size that could fit 2 adults and a teenager and most importantly the apartment was new and clean. The only real complaint was there was no toilet paper upon arrival and we were asked to purchase our own. I suspect that the host does not live nearby as we advised them that there was no toilet paper when we checked in and when we arrived back at that apartment after dinner, still no paper. So we had to buy our own. Its a pretty basic necessity that they failed to provide.
