“Morgan's cliff was spotlessly clean. The staff was very accommodating, and went over and above to meet our needs when our reservation made through Expedia wasn't quite right. Anna, the owner, was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the rest of the staff were wonderful too. The pool area was gorgeous, and we loved the patio down by the ocean. This hotel does not have a beach, but has gorgeous waterfront views off the cliffs. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“A perfect place to stay when you have a stop over. You dont have to spend hours in heavy trafic to reach the city. A very heartfelt and personal service from the owners greated us at the airport and took us to a clean and cool spacious room.”

“The hotel was in a good location near revolution area, İ felt me in my own house, the rooms were clean and we had a lot of spaces in a well designed, duplex house. Claudia did not sleep and was waiting for us though we arrived the hotel late at about 3 am, everything was okay in the room for our comfort, eg tv, climate, music set, tea, coffee. Claudia made breakfast for us. Good service related to price. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

“This preperty is clean, has a great view and beautiful gardens and pretty space for sitting to enjoy the view. The pool is also refreshing. You can also enjoy a free yummy breakfast each morning. They offer an honor bar with snacks and drinks which is very convenient. ”

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”

“Allting var bra, tills vi upptäckte att vi blev bestulna på ett par solglasögon och en klocka. Det värsta med det var att personalen i receptionen inte tog oss på allvar när vi sa till. Hon bad oss vid upprepade gånger att titta i väskorna igen, hon frågade om det är så att vi kanske glömde sakerna hemma. Det kändes inte bra att bli ifrågasatt på det viset! I övrigt var dock personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, speciellt dom vid frukosten!”

“When booking this trip (our first to Puerto Rico) we were told that parking was available just a couple of blocks away and it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off our luggage at the building entrance and park in a nearby, inexpensive parking garage. It wasn’t too far away (about 3 blocks) but with the one way streets, it was challenging to find and it was $25 a day. We also weren’t warned about the apparent “NO EARLY ARRIVAL” policy. We arrived about 35 minutes earlier than the 4:00 check-in...

“Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. ”

“In short, this is a great little hotel with the best owners I have ever met. Let's start with the few negative things about Villa Coral: The hotel is situated in a neighborhood where people let their dogs run loose so if you're afraid of dogs this is not the hotel for you as you have to walk through this to get down to the beach and the restaurants. It is also situated quite a bit from the beach and on a hill so it's a bit of a walk, especially on the way back to the hotel which is...
