“Very clean house and perfect to just chill for a couple days. Plenty of space inside and outside the house. Communication with owner was east and fast responses. A easy ten minute drive to the lake or downtown.”

A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.”

“Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The back deck area is lovely and well-furnished, everything worked well, the furnishings, decorations and amenities were excellent (very comfy bed in the master bedroom!) and we very much enjoyed our stay. “Upon arrival the location, cleaniness and amenities exceeded expectations! The house has a beautiful skyline view and is in a safe community. Just minutes from the casinos, the river, restaurants and Sam's club! Lots of considerations were made by the owners to make the experience comfortable! The property is well maintained. I would definitely rent again in the future!”

“Our stay here was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect house - the layout fit our group perfectly even though we didn't use 2 of the smaller rooms. One couple decided to have a little more privacy and stay in adjacent Casita. The pool area with the grotto, hot tub and bar/grill got a lot of use. Loved how the large master suites opened up to the pool patio. The inside with large dining kitchen with the pool table had it all - even a separate refrigerator for more beverages. Everyone loved it....

“We had a nice stay with our kiddos and friends in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday. Close proximity to London Bridge, launch ramps, and everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Jamie was super helpful in providing recommendations for us as it was our first time staying in Havasu. Thanks for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!”

“Vi bodde 3 nätter här mitt i heta augusti. Det var väldigt varmt så det var väldigt bra med poolerna och att Lake Havasu ligger på gångavstånd. Det fanns endel aktiviteter för barnen som uppskattades. Minus var att vi fick vänta endel vid incheckningen och att den dagliga städningen inte verkade fungera så bra pga personalbrist, men annars väldigt nöjda. Bra frukost.”
