“This house is so perfect in every way. The decor was 100% on point. House fully stocked with every neccessity (except maybe a bbq). It’s. Home away from home, and bed, linens and furniture very comfortable. Even the shower was amazing. Oh and a Starbucks right next door !! We’ll be visiting again. Quick walk to campus and bus stop to downtown.”

“This was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our daughter's graduation from Boise State. Close to campus and nice runs from home. Would have been nice to have more seating for everyone. Sleeps six, but only one couch to sit on for hanging out. Maybe add a loveseat? Thanks!”

“Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to...

“Our overall stay was nice. Location was great. I do feel a check list should be done to make sure all appliances are working. The TV remote was solar powered and wouldn't work. There is a charging option, but no charger. We could turn it on, but not able to change source or channels.”

“We were visiting our 2 sons and their families with our other son and his family. 4 adults and 2 young children had a perfect stay at this house. We had one family game day, and there was plenty of room. The host is also very responsive which is so helpful. There were good amenities provided as well.”

“We stayed in this 1 bedroom cottage in Eagle for 2 nights. The place was even nicer in person. The property had everything you needed and was the cleanest VRBO ever stayed in. Location was great, close to shopping and many eateries. Owner was great with communication and we would highly recommended this property to anyone. Coming to this area. Joan and Kevin, Mesa,AZ”

“Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

“We were very well treated by our host, Jeff. He was always available to answer questions and he was very kind! I was confused about our check out date and thought I had an extra night. He was so accommodating! If there was a bathroom downstairs, the stay would have been perfect. We were very happy overall!”

“The directions on how to get inside the unit are difficult and confusing. It is on the property with another home that the owner also rents as a VRBO. The owner would like you to access this unit from a back alley instead of entering from the street. If you access the property from the street instead of the back alley she gets upset and is rude. GPS directions don’t work so you have to use her directions which are difficult and confusing to get to it. This is a problem at night because it’s hard...

“We stayed four night. Very quiet area. Two bedrooms. Queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom tub with a shower. Toilet in laundry room on main level. Full kitchen and dining area. Work well for the three adults in our group.”
