“Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie ”

“No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.”

“Nori was very gracious! Even let us in very early instead of just storing luggage. The house was well equipped, but plan to bring your own bath/hair products (we always do so not an issue for us). The location was great with a great view of the lake.”

“The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, Glen provided clear instructions. The apartment was very clean. Be aware that there is some noise from the number of restaurants...

“Groot en comfortabel appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Bushalte voor de deur met gratis vervoer met toeristen kaart. In 10 minuten naar het centrum van neuchatel en in 30 minuten naar het strand. Winkels op loopafstand. Ilhan ( de eigenaar) verzorgde alle zaken zonder problemen.”

“Lovely apartment with view of the mountains. Extremely clean. Wonderful outdoor deck to sit and view the mountains. Easy walk to and from the train or a simple bus ride. We jumped on and off busses and walked all over the city. We got such a nice sense of the local community by staying in this apartment. There is an elementary school across the street, and we loved watching the kids come and go from school. Juliette was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in...

“-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. There was no way I was going to let my 81 year old mother use those stairs in the day or night! They were incredibly dangerous! -Two of the lamps in the bedroom did...

“A very nice place to stay at! Clean comfortable rooms. A kitchen with all necesary equipment to make a simple meal. Nice bathroom and shower. Aldi supermaket just outside. Free parking close by if you dont want to pay 200 per night in the garage. Rooms are completely sound proof. Recommend it!”
