World class service
"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone did their utmost to provide good service. The one that stood out the most was the guy at the pool bar who ran down to get fruit and made a really good smoothie even though it wasn't on the menu."

"Not responsive host - sent several messages including through hotels.com. One link in confirmation message pointed out the wrong location. Fee transfer in confirmation message but I still had to pay 10 USD for the very short ride to the airport."
