This is a really great hotel. Very friendly and service oriented staff. A lot of attention to details and to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend the hotel. We stayed in the jounior suite. Good room and wonderful view of the San Marco square.

Bästa läge
Fantastisk läge, bättre kan det inte bli! Frukost är ok dock glömmer de servera kaffe, hänt oss två dagar i rad. Rummet är mycket finare på bild än i verkligheten men helt ok. Det bästa med hotellet är läge och just det ger hotellet 100 poäng. Rekommenderas

Fräscht hotell i utmärkt läge.
Mycket trevligt hotell med perfekt läge för att utforska Venedig. Bra frukost och personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell.

Bästa läget
Fantastiskt läge med närhet till många sevärdheter. Hotellet som är av lite äldre stil har mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Bra frukostbuffé. Flera båtlinjer stannar på kort gångavstånd från hotellet, även den linjen som går direkt till flygplatsen.

Perfekt läge vid Piazza San Marco
Trevligt hotell, bra frukostbuffe. Tyvärr var luftkonditioneringen avstängd för säsongen vilket inte framgick av hemsidan. Den hade behövts då det var mycket varmt i rummet trots att det var mitten av november. Personalen var dock tillmötesgående när vi påpekade detta och vi fick byta till ett bättre rum.

Vacker utsikt över S. MarcusPlatsen.
Fick ett rum högst upp på hotellet med balkong med underbar utsikt över S. Marcus platsen vilket förhöjde vår upplevelse av Venedig. Välkomnande mottagande av hotellet med välkomstdrink och tilltugg. Tyvärr var maten dock en besvikelse.

Bra läge
Bra hotell med suveränt läge vid Marcusplatsen. Trevlig personal som gärna tipsade om sevärdheter, restauranger. Rent på rummet. Allt bra utom priset och de hårda kuddarna.

Superbra läge
Kanonläge! Rent. Personalen trött på turister men håller hygiennivå på servicen. Helt okej. Frukosten acceptabel bara delvis. Man får väldigt lite hotellkvalitet för pengarna i Venedig, här får du läge och rent. That's it.

We were delighted by the Hotel Concordia. We didn't know it was RIGHT next to the Basilica - our widow looked out to the Basilica and the Square - it was breathtaking! We had a relatively short stay of 5 nights, and the staff were very helpful. The bar there is small but Prince WAS a prince to us. Breakfast was great. Lots of help getting to Murano (fab visit) and getting out via taxi. We also loved that one room is 2 small rooms together - more space, 2 bathrooms... very helpful. We will stay again!

Amazing hotel lovely Venetian style decor our rooms were kept spotlessly clean, beds changed daily and turned down each evening. staff so helpful and extremely friendly, attentive very professional. Excellent breakfast. Views over St Mark's Square and the Basilica, Florins just across the square easy access to gondola trips, transport to the islands. Rialto bridge ten minutes away. Yes was some noise from the hustle and bussel of the square the bells etc that's to be expected and adds to the experience. Ideal perfectly situated hotel for our stay in Venice

A great hotel to stay at. Couldn't be more central. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. Only one point. The basic shower head and the way it was attached to the wall made standing in the shower awkward. If they could get a fixed shower from the ceiling it would be perfect. Well worth the money and would recommend.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and workers work fast to clean up and refill, but breakfast area can’t fit all people and we have to wait some days even we had preservations. We definitely will stay there again

Close to St.Mark’s and I walking distance from main sights. Also easy access to water transport. Local restaurants next to hotel have a range of menus and prices. Staff at the Hotel are helpful without being pushy. Breakfast looking out on the Basilica was a unique treat.

The hotel is beautiful and could not be in a better location. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony looking at St Marks and absolutely loved our rooms. The hotel also set up our transportation to and from the airport which was so convenient. The only complaints I have is breakfast was less then desirable and the the noise outside of the hotel is loud (I know they don’t control the noise but just be forewarned there is a bar below and you will hear loud noises/talking to early hours in the morning)

Staff totally disinterested. Bed was terrible, two single beds which kept falling apart, crack in middle meant i couldn't cuddle my partner. Very uncomfortable, woke up with a bad back every morning. When i mentioned it to reception staff weren't bothered and just said all beds were the same. Hotel is very dated, bathroom had cracks on bath and needs updating badly. Definitely not up to 4☆ standard.

This hotel has the best location right on the corner of St. Mark’s Square. Make sure to request the room with the balcony. The daytime staff was excellent and professional. At nighttime, however, they seem to close everything down and the one staff person at night basically seems to sleeps in the office behind the lobby counter. He’s totally unprofessional. Comes out yawning, rude and unhelpful in every way.

Noisy at night
The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. The rooms were also very aesthetically pleasing and it was nice that they provided a cold breakfast for us (we had to check out before breakfast opened). The more negative responses were a reflection of 1) our room was directly above a noisy bar. The noise didn’t quiet down until 1 AM. For my wife who is a sensitive sleeper, this was very problematic. 2) the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat.
