Trevligt ställe. Perfekt läge vid Rialto! Sängarna var väldigt bra (en familjemedlem har ryggproblem så det är viktigt). Vi bodde dock i en lägenhet längst upp i ett hus mitt över torget. Det var trevligt och rymligt (dock svårt att gå omkring i köket pga takbjälkar). Vi kommer gärna tillbaka och då skulle det vara trevligt att bo i själva hotellet. Liten entré. Det är lätt att gå förbi den oansenliga skylten. Synd att det inte fanns någon trevlig hotellfoajé att hänga i på kvällarna.

As soon as we walked in the property, we all started to sneeze probably due to mildew smell. Spider webs and spider in our room. Definitely needs an update

It was a very nice room, some furniture pieces needed a deep cleaning though. Also had some issues communicating with hotel prior to arrival and lack of responsiveness.

The property was clean and very central, service was amazing the lady at reception greeted us with a coffee and then offered suggestions for the time we were there. Room was also upgraded to the rooftop amazing. Love the stay here

We were so impressed with the incredible service from the staff at this hotel, and our rooms were very comfortable and the location couldn’t be better! Easy walk to all main sites, and great restaurants and shops everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Highly Recommend
The staff (particularly Cozmin) at Palazzo San Luca was outstanding - from communication prior to arrival, returning a found and beloved scarf, to arranging an airport shuttle when it was (sadly) time to depart. Our clean and well-appointed premier apartment was in the annex, but just steps away from the hotel and their excellent service. Everything you need and want out of a visit to Venice is just outside your door - Grand Canal, Rialto bridge, restaurants, opera, shopping. Highly recommend Palazzo San Luca.

Amazing stay with super helpful staff. Unfortunately did not get their names but the lady who helped us check in and check out this morning was just so amazing. They stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out which gave us the flexibility to explore the city a little more freely without having to lug around our bags. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Wir waren mit unseren Kids am Wochenende im Advent hier. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, zu Fuß sind alle wichtigen Location schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

An extremely nice boutique hotel ideally located , with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even though I would have preferred it if they had an elevator to get to your rooms , I believe the pluses far outweigh the minuses, and would recommend and stay there again!
