Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. I know this is common in Europe but it seems like a lot of hotels are getting away from this type of shower configuration and setting up fully enclosed shower stalls. And for those choosing this hotel because they have a clothes washing machine, be warned there is a 50 euro charge to use it. Luckily we weren’t planning or counting on using it. Otherwise, it’s a great choice if you want to stay close to the big sites in Venice! FYI, if you need to catch an early flight out of Venice, it’s a 160 euro water taxi ride from hotel to Airport. We had a 3:30am taxi pick up scheduled in order to catch our 6am flight. Something else to consider if you’re looking to stay in this hotel.

What a perfect place to stay and in Venice. Windows look over a small inner canal! So picturesque! The staff were helpful with any directions we needed and everything was so close. Yet it was off the tourist path. The rooms were lovely and all the amenities of home including laundry. It was in fact a huge apartment, even 2 bathrooms. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard.

This darling place is located in the perfect location. They gave us easy directions to get there. Vanessa at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and helped us get a water taxi, literally 3 steps away to get to our cruise ship shuttle drop off place. Beautiful views of the canal and gondolas floating by. We loved this place!

This place is AMAZING! Great location, great rooms, we booked the large room with 1 bed, 1 bath on one side of the room separated by an internal door from the other bedroom, kitchen and bath. So close to everything and Vanessa gave us the most amazing tips for things to do and how go get places. Most friendly host for sure. One of my favorite places we have ever booked on any vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment right on the canal where the gondolas pass by. Within steps of the Basilica and Doges palace. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is very clean and big with a fabulous view. We loved this property, recommend it without hesitation!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The property was very nice though does not resemble the photos on the booking site. Only negative was the mattress in the bedroom was very hard.

Great Stay at Residence Corte Grimani
My daughter and her 3 friends had a great time at the Residence Corte Grimani. It has a great location, right in the centre of things. A special shout out to Vanessa who is absolutely brilliant. She was super helpful and friendly with great recommendations! One slight issue (and nothing to do with the Hotel - this is a Hotels.com issue). The booking clearly states that the price paid to Hotels.com included all taxes and fees (excluding €12) but when they got to the Hotel they had to pay €8 each in city tax - so it was €20 more than advertised. Not a big amount but still, Hotels.com has to get this right.

This hotel was beautiful. Our apartment was the perfect place to stay when visiting Venice. Tons of space, amenities and right next to a canal. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Their directions to the hotel were amazing and made the process very easy. I would definitely stay there again

Depending on where you get off the water bus, directions may be a little hard to follow to find the hotel. Staff is great and quick to reply with WhatsApp though. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This property was amazing. Location, location, location. 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, 5 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Restaurants and shopping all around you as well as a grocery store. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful canal view. Tucked away from the busy Calle, it has a quiet neighborhood feel. But the most memorable part of our stay was our host, Vanessa. The hospitality and the property is absolutely phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was fantastic. The staff made us feel very welcomed. What a charming stay! We had such a wonderful experience at Residence Corte Grimani. Immaculately clean, well-appointed, amazing location. Take the opportunity to go to the market for groceries (3 min away) so you can have breakfast overlooking the busy canal!
