Great location, very busy and noisy but the windows are very effective at blocking out the noise. Functional kitchen but lacking in basics - e.g. salt, sharp knife, anything to cook eggs with. I don’t know what people do in these places to make the walls so filthy but it needs painting badly. The bathrooms are clean and nice.

This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.

Everything was excellent. Spacious and quiet accommodation right in the heart of Venice! Just one advice for the cleaners, make sure you close tight all windows. We found a couple of annoying mosquitoes humming in the middle of night. Next morning, we found one window was left ajar behind the curtain.

Apartment is great, clean and spacious. On the downside, there is no reception, and nowhere to store the luggage for the day, unless you pay €20 for a locker nearby.

We stayed in the San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments with our family of 5 for 4 nights. The location was incredibly convenient to public transportation, restaurants, cafes and major attractions. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and helped us eat our dinners in after long days of sightseeing. A Mimi mart and the rialto fish market are a 2-5 min walk to buy groceries. This place is incredible. The only down side was our own fault. We slept with the windows open the first night and were reminded that Venice is built on a lagoon as 40 mosquitoes entered the apartment and bit us for days. Once the windows were shut and the floor cooler was operating it wasn’t an issue any more. Our unit even had a patio on the roof overlooking the city it was incredible to eat cannolis and drink wine out there in the evenings. Incredible experience and we’d stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Great property with a beautiful room. Close to the Rialto drop off point if taking a boat from the airport. Great location within a 10 minute walk to Marco Polo Piazza. It is a little loud at night time with everyone roaming the street throughout the night and people in the hallway. Unfortunately we did not have hot water and had to boil water to shower our kids.

Struttura ubicata in un punto strategico e suggestivo, vicinissima al Ponte di Rialto. Il personale è molto attento alle esigenze del cliente e disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Nell’appartamento in cui ho soggiornato, peraltro molto bello, vi era purtroppo un fortissimo odore di muffa che persisteva anche con le finestre aperte ma, non appena ho segnalato il problema, mi è stato immediatamente assegnato un altro appartamento ancor più bello e confortevole del precedente. Consiglio vivamente di scegliere questa struttura.

Stayed here with a group of friends. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. It was decently clean and very spacious. The freezer part of the fridge was covered in inches of frost. It needed a serious defrosting, but we didn’t really need it. I did all the paperwork and paid ahead so we would get the code without having to check in at the separate hotel, but did not receive the code until after check in time and after several phone calls. That was the only real issue we had. Great location!

The apartment was large and clean. The two bedroom /two bath could easily be used for an extended stay. There is a grocery store nearby as well as coffee/pastry shop and a restaurant. Very close to the water bus stop. The main door was a bit hard to find and on a dark side street. We went the long way and it felt sketchy, however if you go from the well lit street of shops (running parallel to the canal) the entrance door is much closer. Make arrangements to pay your stay ahead of arrival so you don’t have to go to the hotel first to pay. All the locks are codes. No services on site.

After looking at the pic they are advertising, I called them and they confirmed that the apartment is same what you are looking in the pictures with a lot of space and windows. When I checked-in the apartment using 2 feet wide stairs on 4 floor and elevator was not able to fit in 2 people with small bags. When I opened the door apartment entered in kitchen area with small dining, has no windows in the whole apartment. I felt so suffocated that I have to get out of the place. I msged through WhatsApp and he called me after one hour. When I highlighted my concern, I was told there is a window in bathroom. I told them this is not the room they advertised and I booked, I was told that they have many apartments and all are different. They did not accommodate my request of changing the apartment after charging my credit card for 3 nights. I had to book another hotel and move all the stuff after long travel from California. Of course, they did not refund any money to me. I am not sure how it works but they can not put pics of best accommodation and give you a den after charging your credit card. Pictures should be clear enough so that you get a feel of what you have booked & spending money on. This is definitely not a Luxury apartment as they show in their post. This is a fraud and I am not sure about the reviews other people are saying and what type of apartment they got. I can share the pics and video of apartment I got.

The location is great. But the cooling system doesn’t work well, we couldn’t sleep very well because of the heat. Also there were some more things that needed maintenance, such as the shower, as the water came out from the sides instead of the holes, also the mobile shower was broken, it was missing a piece from the sides, and we couldn’t close the bedroom’s door as the handle is broken

The hotel is in a great area, but our room was somewhat dirty with poor lighting, which only made all the dents and dirty marks on the walls and filthy rug more apparent at night. The apartment definitely needs a paint job and new rug and one of the bathroom’s door handle was broken. I travel well and this is not luxury. The first night I slept with the lights on because I wasn’t sure how clean the apartment was for us. Perhaps the hotel gave me a less than great room because I booked with Expedia and not directly with them. Housekeeping was nice though when replenishing the room with toilet paper and towels and taking out the garbage.

Nice place in a nice location. The only drawback is there is no employee onsite. If you need something outside of early business hours, you are out of luck. The main hotel that runs the property is not close.

Great place. Very spacious. One room is very bright in the morning with no way to shield the sun…but then again, Venice is so wonderful who wants to sleep it away? A/C is great Facilities are great…washing machine but no dryer (that I could find) Great location…couldn’t ask for better. We loved it. Thank you!

The location is fantastic, very near the Rialto Bridge in San Marco. We had three apartments, enter by pin code, largely self-service, but the staff of the sister hotel was very helpful answering questions pre-arrival.

Very well located. Room was not clean, and the mechanical room was by our bed. The machines started every 30 minutes. Did not sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there. Also, no front desk, only service by phone.

Although we are quite surprised to read that you didn't sleep at all and that you didn't find the apartment cleaned enough. If you had contact us we would have found a way to change the apartment for you or fix the issue. Like this you didn't permit us to make your stay better. As for the fact that there is no reception desk, we would like to remind you that is written everywhere: on the website, in the notes and email. To be sure that our clients know and make their arrival smooth, we also send a welcome letter with all the essential information/instructions, mail that you did receive because you made the online check-in through the link given. There is a maid on site everyday from 09:00 to 16:00 and its written in the information paper that you have in the kitchen. For any assistance our phone, email and even whatsapp are available 24/7. We are sure that your next stay will be more than perfect. Best regards

You can’t beat the location. Close to everything. Once you complete the forms, they give you the code to get in without having to visit the other hotel. The place we had was spacious plenty of room, bed were firm and nice but we had a couple of issues. The bathrooms were updated but there was some mold on the ceiling and on the drape. There was so much humidity after we showered that everything always felt wet even after we left for hours. No bathroom fan to help. Tv wasn’t great, didn’t get much in terms of channels and didn’t get one English Channel to work. The tv was mounted in an awkward position so it uncomfortable to even watch it. A little noisy since we faced one of the main streets. The alley way leading to the main entrance is a little dirty and dark.
