“Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. “The house is fantastic, better then the pictures, everything you needed for the stay is avaliable. The house is very private and remote so you need to take the car for shopping grocery and visit restaurants. We wasn’t prepared for the narrow and steep road up. “Nice and lots of space both inside and outside, well kept. The bedrooms were very clean and nice decorated. The kitchen also very nice and well equipped ans had good spaces for cooking together, We were 14 persons and it worked out well for us but with 2 families with 3 children and one with 2 children it was a bit of a puzzle to have all families together. Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! “We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. “Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

“Eigentlich ist in den Bewertungen bereits alles Wesentliche gesagt. Es handelt sich um eine einfache, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die über eine Treppe (Via Aurelia) zu erreichen ist. Für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber und der Kontaktperson vor Ort ist angenehm und gut.
