Parfait pour sejour en famille
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement d'Andrea. Spacieux, bien équipé, parfait pour garer la voiture. Notre petit chien a apprécié le balcon et les promenades dans ce quartier calme. Lidl a proximité immédiate pratique. Bus pour aller dans le centre en 10 minutes tout près mais il faut bien repérer ceux de la journée et ceux du soir. Un très agréable séjour. Merci Andrea !

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The flat is clean and offers everything you need to spend a few days in Verona. It is a decent, well-kept place with air conditioning, clean rooms and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Maybe the cutlery needs an update/upgrade... Thanks for the good time!

Amazing stay in Verona
The appartement was clean and beautiful and although it looks a bit far from the city center you are positively surprised as it is only a 30 minute walk or 20 minutes with the bus. Overall we liked our stay!

Extended Stay in Verona
This location is close to the bus stops for getting to the center of Verona proper (e.g., Piazza Bra). We were also pleased with the proximity to local cafes and grocery stores. We always felt safe while walking in the neighborhood during the day.

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung, mit allem großzügig ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage schön, ruhig , mit Supermärkten in der nahen Umgebung. Beim nächsten Besuch wäre dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder meine erste Wahl ;-)) Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

L'appartamento è dotato di 2 camere matrimoniali/2 letti, cucina, soggiorno, bagno, corridoio e balcone. Zona residenziale tranquilla; vicinissimo alla fiera, dista 35 minuti a piedi dal centro di Verona. Ben collegato con degli autobus che portano in centro in 10 minuti. Nei dintorni ci sono vari servizi (supermercato, farmacia, ristorante). Per noi è stato un piacevole soggiorno di 3 notti, che ci ha fatto scoprire la meravigliosa Verona.

Excellent appartment
Andrea was so kind to wait for our arrival at 22.15 PM He explained everything and took his time. Very spacious and clean. The house has roller shutters so you can make it dark. There are enough plates and mugs. There are 2 large gedroomd. At walking distance there are several busstops. With the ATV app, you can buy Tickets, quiche you have to activate in the bus.

Spacious apartment with balcony in Verona
We had a good time staying at this apartment. Great communication with host - Andrea even picked us up from the bus station, let us check in early and came quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of apartment. Apartment is large and as described. Location was in a more residential area of Verona and so we got bus into town lots of buses only 5/10 mins and very cheap. Verona is a nice city and is close to Lake Garda. If I was in Verona would stay again.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit Möglichkeit zum Kochen und in kurzer Weitreiche zur historischen Altstadt. Wir sind meist mit dem Auto zu einem vom Gastgeber empfohlenen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefahren, von dort aus war die historische Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man könnte aber auch mit dem Bus fahren. In der Umgebung der Wohnung ist praktisch alles. Eine Bank, Bars Pizzerien, Supermarkt etc.. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung sauber und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super geräumig und Platz genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie
Nach einer sehr freundlichen Einweisung (auch trotz Sprachbarriere super verstanden) konnten wir direkt auspacken. Es gibt genügend Stauraum und vier Betten. Die Betten sind Liegen auf denen jedoch sehr bequeme Matratzen aufliegen. Wir haben super geschlafen. In der Küche gibt es ausreichend Töpfe, einen Kühl- und einen Gefrierschrank. Geschirr und eine Grundausstattung mit Kaffee und Zucker waren auch dort. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Tisch mit mindestens vier Stühlen sodass man sich selbst gut versorgen kann. Balkon mit morgendlicher Sonne. In der Nähe sind Cafes und Restaurants, die Anbindung in die Altstadt mit dem Bus hat super geklappt. Wir empfehlen das herunterladen der App (Tickets Verona). Die Tickets kann man online erwerben und digital entwerten vom Handy aus mit entsprechenden Geräten im Bus (Code scannen). Freie Benutzung die Waschmaschine wird freier Benutzung war ein Segen für uns, da wir bereits schon einige Tage unterwegs waren. Waschmittel war auch dort schon vorhanden. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. Diese Wohnung würden wir empfehlen und auch zu gegebener Zeit wieder nutzen.

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo app.to, il locatore Andrea gentilissimo e super disponibile! La zona molto comoda e servita, a un quarto d'ora circa da verona centro, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la casa un po' datata come anche l'arredamento ma pulitissima e servita di tutto davvero non mancava nulla!! si stava davvero bene!Consiglio!!!

Older apartment in good neighborhood
This apartment reminded me of the 1950s but it’s clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is good but we walked the first day toward the city center and I would not feel comfortable walking that distance at night. The bus is close and easy to use. Get a Verona City Card. It gets you on the buses and into several attractions.

Toller Aufenthalt in Verona
Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber der nicht nur einfach eine Wohnung vermietet sondern alles dafür tut ihren Aufenthalt so perfekt wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Als wir ankamen wartete er bereits auf uns mit gekühlten Getränken, frischen Früchten...Kaffee, Tee, Spaghetti, Tomatensosse, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Seife etc es war alles da um sofort sich wohl zu fühlen und ohne als Erstes loszumüssen um erste Einkäufe zu erledigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und hat viele Scheänke und Schubladen um auch die Garderobe von 3 modeverrückten Mädels locker zu verstauen. Andrea hat uns gute Tipps gegeben um sich in die Innenstadt per Auto oder per Bus zu begeben, alles ist sehr einfach auch wenn die Wohnung nicht sehr zentral liegt. Allerdings sind Supermärkte und Cafes leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen Alles war supersauber und ordentlich, 100% weiter zu empfehlen, jederzeit gerne wieder Danke Andrea

Appartement très propre, spacieux et agréable, propriétaire très sympathique. Place de garage dans la rue avec vignette fournie par le propriétaire. Les bus sont à 2 min pour se rendre au centre de Vérone, ou sinon parking gratuit indiqué par le propriétaire. Vérone est une ville magnifique !

Urlaub in Verona
Eine großzügige Wohnung, absolut sauber, gut ausgestattet. Selbst für Kaffee, Waschmittel , Seife und Duschmittel war gesorgt. Für den ersten Durst lagen Mineralwasserflaschen im Kühlschrank😀. Wir sind sogar bei Ankunft abgeholt worden. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Great appartment in convenient location
We chose this apartment because of its convenient location near to Porta Nuova train and bus station (for the airport shuttle bus) and near to the city centre. It was about a 25 minute level walk from the station and similar to the closest part of the city. There was also a good choice of buses with stops near the apartment, particularly useful after a long day of sightseeing! We bought the 2 day Verona card which gave us free bus rides as well as entrance into many churches, museums and monuments. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Lidl's supermarket was very conveniently only 5 minutes walk away, and there were a couple of restaurants close by too, which we also visited. Andrea was very welcoming and met us at the apartement to tell us everything we needed to know. We enjoyed our visit to Verona and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Lovely apartment, close to Verona centre
The apartment was spotless and Andrea very personable when he greeted us on arrival. There is no allocated parking, but with the parking permit provided we were able to park close by each day. It's possible to walk into the centre of Verona (approx 30 minute walk) but there are plenty of buses too, frequent and inexpensive. Supermarket round the corner, as well as a couple of restaurants and a takeaway. Train station also a very short bus ride away. We really enjoyed our stay - our only issue was the lack of air conditioning which made the apartment extremely warm. The fans were very welcome!

A genuinely nice postwar apartment. The owner, Andrea, provided great information and a very warm welcome to us. The home is fully equipped and clean. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and has cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Parking was never a problem on the surrounding streets. The property location is not within the old city walls. However, a short 5 minute drive (to free parking Andrea showed us) makes the inner city very accessible and close. This is a perfect location, if staying directly in the tourist section of town is not your main priority.

Andrea (owner’s son) was kind to pick us up at the train station and drive us to the condo. The condo was clean and had enough space for our family of 5. The condo location is too far to walk to the old town center but there are bus stops close by (a few minute walk.). My recommendation for improvement is for higher quality towels to be provided but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable , bouteilles d' eau fraiche dans le frigo , café ... Dans Verone les parkings sont très cher , Andrea nous a montré un parking gratuit et les bus permettant d' arriver en plein centre . Verone mérite quelques jours de visite, en logeant chez Andrea

Comfortable flat near the centre of lovely Verona with helpful proprietor
Andrea was a real gentleman and met us at the railway station after a long journey. He also insisted on taking us back when leaving even though it was early in the morning - generally a very helpful chap. The flat was clean and comfortable and close to the bus stop for going into Verona or the train station. Took a train to Padova, Desenzano at Lake Garda and to Venice. Amazing day in Venice but we loved Verona, especially having a drink in the Arena looking at the Roman amphitheatre and all the passers-by.
