Bra bemötande men långsam service
När vi anlände blev vi väl bemötta och bjöds på dricka. Rummet var helt okej, men AC var lite väl högljudd. Lite irriterande med badrumsdörren som var sned och hela tiden öppnades helt om man inte stängde den. Ett plus för eluttagen på väggen som passar för olika elkontakter. Stort poolområde med två bassänger där det finns flera tak som ger skugga. Tyvärr var det lite för få solstolar. Personalen gör säkert så gott de kan, men servicen är inte speciellt hög. Beställde man något så tog det ofta lång tid. I restaurangen sa de att vissa rätter var slut. När vi fick menyn frågade vi vilka rätter som var slut och fick då till svar att allt gick att beställa. Något förvirrande. Bra med hotellets minibuss som kör gratis varje timme till och ifrån Hotellet, Viktoriafallen och stan.

Needs improvement
Check in was really quick and we were assisted to our room and they guy showed us everything we needed to know. We got a room on the ground floor, had prefer a room with balcony. Rooms are spacious enough but need an update, it feels dated. A/C is very loud so it was hard to sleep at night. Beds are very firm for my taste but I guess that is just a personal thing. Service in the restaurant and in the bars are extremely slow, we could wait 10 to 20 minutes for a simple drink or beer. Updated rooms, quicker service and more suns beds around the swimming pool would add a lot to the over all feeling.

Mitt i naturen
Det var en mycket trevlig vistelse med mycket god service, fräscha rum och rent på toaletten. Rummet hade en balkong med utsikt över Victoriafallen som vi såg röken ifrån. På golfbanan som tillhörde hotellområdet kunde vi vandra runt bland vilda djur, fantastiskt. Bra service med skyttel till Victoriafallens nationalpark och in till orten.

Hotel Elephant Hills Resort - Victoria Falls
Nice and friendly staff who tries to give you a good stay. The dinner is sometimes served at different parts of the dinner hall. Sometimes there is also music with the dinner (the volume however seems to be little to high sometimes).

This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire

Very friendly and helpful staff. Has everything you need except airport thansfers ($30 pp each way !) Golf course requires more attention but still playable.Probably try another of many available hotels in Vic Falls, next time.

I had a bad room experience.. lights didn’t work, water everywhere with shower and it didn’t drain, toilet kept running, air conditioner very noisy, connecting room noisy at 6:15 am and the connecting door banged. At around 11:00 pm I thought someone was breaking into the room Difficulty getting room change and your machines wouldn’t accept my credit card … it was fine the night before

Service by reception Witness is outstanding. We booked two twin beds room but not available when we checked in. He offered to add one bed to our room and then changed to another room next day. Customer relation manager also sent a fruit basket and a bottle of wine next day. Service is outstanding.

I liked the golf course although the hotel is not doing much to advertise the golf course to the tourist , out of the hundreds of the people booked at hotel on the 24th only 2 people from the hotel played , the rest were locals 2) the hotel could have organized better entertainment that does not affect those who don’t like loud music , however loud music was played on the 24th and 25th Dec disturbing those who needed to rest . Considering the hotel talks a lot abt preserving nature and the animals I feel the animal kingdom was invaded and disturbed by such loud music and the hotel compromising on their own values . 3) parking was poorly oganised and visitors ended up parking way far from the hotel risking being attacked by roaming animals at nite as the lighting in the garden is dull and poor. 4) most members of the staff were not aware of certain processes and procedures and ended up saying the wrong things or misleading customers , training to deal with crowds and knowing what to say or refer upwards when in doubt wld help 5) too many trainees and hired waiters who did understand the operations and how to serve the customers was a big challenge tonthe customer experience, again this could have avoided by preparing and equping the waiters

Very friendly staff and good location in Victoria Falls, not very far cab ride from town. Nice spacious room. We only stayed overnight and can't comment on the amenities though.

Extremely comfortable and very large suite. Excellent breakfast with great choice. Very efficient and friendly work force. Great grounds with plenty of widelife. Free shuttle to and from town centre. Highly recommended and good value.

町の中心から歩ける距離ではないので、シャトルバスを1時間おきではなく、30分おきぐらいにしてもらえると助かります。あと、平日は21:00まで運行しているのに、週末は17:00で終わるというのは、ホテルとしていかがなものでしょうか？

Fantastic hotel
Friendly helpful staff from our arrival and throughout our stay. A confusion over our room prior to arrival was sorted out immediately and with ease at check-in. We enjoyed using all the facilities and breakfasts and buffet dinners were excellent although dinner and evening 1buffet prices were expensive.

One of the best options to stay at Victoria falls
We had a great time at the property. we enjoyed amazing foods and wonderful view. It is one of the best choices to stay at Victoria Falls. The shuttle to the city was very useful and it had very helpful and kind drivers. The bathroom is old and definitely, needs more attention.

The resort is huge, compared to the vicinity (Victoria falls is a small town). The service is good. The shuttle is convenient. Breakfast is boring. If you order room service, they charge you US$5 to bring a tray to your room.

Floor 6where we stayed had a bad smell as soon as you come out of the lift. Small smelt of body odour from early hours of the morning. Staff spoke around you in there language which made you feel like you was being talked about but when speakingto you mostly polite and friendly. Could have made more of the grounds and views Poor or no entertainment

I liked the spaciousness and layout, the peace and quiet. Staff very friendly especially breakfast coffee man Edmore, speaking in Chinese, Portuguese etc etc. Food was good too.

Nice and relaxing hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very friendly, and the area is beautiful. Breakfasts were awesome, but dinners were expensive. You are better off heading to Vic falls for dinner.
