“The wine glasses were dirty. The tub in the bathroom was dirty. Cleaning overall wasn't that good but ok. You expect more of a 5 star hotel.”

“A good choice for Victoria Island, but still not in a nice neighbourhood. Take care in the area and make use of Uber or get your own driver. Transportation is pretty sketchy these days. Suggest booking a hotel car airport pick up. Taxis and Uber are a nightmare. ”

“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“They change the location of the property. They post different property. The room is dirty . The water is not rushing , there’s no cleaner to clean . The pillows are very hard , they don’t have breakfast they want to charge me and they put free breakfast in the booking. The service is very bad and poor ”
