Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay.We were happy to read, you were satisfied with the location and hope you could explore beautiful Vienna comfortably due to it!Regarding your comment about the lack of Italian speakers in the hotel and no Italian channels on TV. We do have one Italian news channel, perhaps you missed it. Our staff does try their best to allow smooth communication, as it is incredibly important - but please consider, it is not possible to have staff who is fluent in all the languages our world has to offer. Thus, we do recommand our guests to communicate in English and be mindful that they are travelling to a German-speaking country.As mentioned in your review, we do not offer telephones in the rooms any more since the pandemic broke out. We decided to do so as we deemed it as a hygienic safety hazard. Instead, we offer a modern tablet with which our guests are able to communicate directly from their room with our staff at the reception or contact emergency services if needed. It is unfortunate you haven't received a reply - we cannot trace what exactly happened. Still, we do like to apologize as this does not represent our standards of customer service - which is usually very highly ranked. The towels are changed daily by our housekeeping department without fail. Extra towels need to be requested at the reception, this is correct. We are very sorry the shower gel had run out during your stay, as there is no infinite liquid in the bottle it can happen. We are appalled to read your statement about the breakfast staff and take such allegations very seriously. Knowing our staff since years, we cannot accept such horrendous accusations. We are incredibly proud of them and the hard work they do each and every day. Perhaps you have witnessed them interacting with the front desk as they must report the rooms, going to breakfast. For all departments to stay connected, we have work hand phones. It is unfortunate that the toaster broke during your stay, it is now replaced and functioning.
