I gave 1 star to this hotel because the front desk and breakfast buffet staff, with the exception of Tanja, is AWFUL at customer service. Today, March 25th 2024, when I went to check out, the lady who worked the morning shift treated me extremely bad when it came time to charge me for all the breakfast that I owed (3 days and I in no way tried to avoid the charges). I mean, breakfast at 26 euros is extremely overpriced, but this lady didn't even offer me options of reduced breakfast (and if they didn't have them I would've understood). She even went chasing me at the dining area and when she saw me having a glass of water she told me that i was having breakfast and wanted me to charge me for a full breakfast, just because i had a glass of water. I mean, Europe is not known for the best customer service, but this lady today took it to a whole other level. I would advise anybody to look for another hotel, that lady today ruined my whole Vienna experience and I wouldn't want anyone to have that occurred to him/her
