Regarding the the room, I would like to inform you that we do offer several room categories with different layouts and different facilities and features in order to satisfy each guest’s needs: some of these categories do also have a wardrobe for better storage, a coffee machine and some rooms are located towards the inner courtyard for more silence. We regret the delay in responding to your request regarding pool access and the misunderstanding regarding breakfast charges during billing. We will take internal measures to ensure that such communication issues and billing errors are avoided.Regarding your comment on the lights, I would kindly like to inform you that this is our light system in the rooms. We are a Design Boutique hotel and we are proud to be unique in our standard.
