This is an extremely nice hotel with very service minded and professional staff. Everything was perfect during our stay. The breakfast buffet was superb and the location is great, close to everything in Vienna.

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast
Its the 2:nd time we visited this wonderful hotel this year and they delivered the same high level of service, comfort and quality like last time! The breakfast is lovely with the stunning view of Vienna skyline, the location is great and the service is wonderful. We will be back for the third time for sure! Thank you!

Only book if you get a heavy discount
The building and the larger rooms are pleasant and most of the staff are professional and accomodating. They struggle to keep up with a five star reputation however, perhaps best symbolised by their 2 by 4 meter tub they have the balls to call a pool aswell as their ridiculous prices. Only book if you get a heavy discount On the rooms and make sure breakfast is included if you care to eat at the hotel. On the positive side; it is a very nice 4* with an excellent location.

Funktionellt hotell med bra service
Mycket välstädat. Under frukosten blev mitt rum städat. Varje dag. Mycket bra service. Personalen mycket serviceinriktad. Och trevlig. Frukosten var mycket bra. Och lokalen på 8:e våningen är fantastisk. Det som inte är så bra är receptionen och lobbydelen. Trångt. Vid utcheckning ofta trängsel. Och sittplatser i lobbyn är i stort sett obefintliga. Dåligt för ett femstjärnigt jotell.

Expected more for the price paid. When we checked in the reception asked if we wanted to buy breakfast for our stay. I got confused since I booked breakfast when booking. The guy in the reception then looked at our booking and confirmed that breakfast was already paid for. We arrived very late and noticed a bad smell (smell from sewer) in the room but thought it would go away if we used the shower and bathroom. However it did not go away and next morning we complained about it. When we came back to the hotel, after a tour in the city, we were told that we should have complained about the smell directly when we arrived to get a room change but that they had tried to fix the smell by opening some windows and cleaning a bit extra. I got annoyed by that answer. The breakfast looks very nice and I appreciated the dishes you could order, the tea selection and the different breads. However, the salmon tasted bad, the sweet cakes at breakfast were extremely dry and the pancakes were also very dry. The staff was polite and attentive. So in my opinion the breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment since it costs a lot and I expected better quality for that price. It was also strange that the cleaning staff did not knock on the door before entering, this happened twice when we were in the room. We did not put out any do not disturb sign but I still think people should knock. It is a very stylish hotel at a very good location but for the price and our bad luck, I will not go back.

Väldigt nöjda
Bra läge, rent och fint, snygga rum och väldigt bra service! :) Enda tråkiga var att poolen inte var så uppvärmd, den höll kanske 24 grader som mest men i november som vi var där hade vi hoppats på 28-30 så man kunnat ligga och slappa lite där! Men annars väldigt bra hotell :)

Nice place but the restaurant had terrible service, the reception made a mistake and double charged the deposition and promised to follow up within one hour. After 45 hours there is still no word and my deposition is still not refunded

Mysigt, lite mindre hotell med perfekt läge. Moderna rum med retrokänsla. Trevlig personal. Grand Etage är en mycket charmig restaurang uppe på taket med fin utsikt. Frukosten är fin men något överprissatt. Finns bra caféer precis bredvid som alternativ. Fin takpool , dock inte uppvärmd.

The stay was pleasant with one incident that turned it into a disappointment. The cleaning staff had left a pungent stench of sweat in our room so we had to evacuate for them to be able to sanitize, for which we were compensated with two glasses of sparkling Austrian wine. Not really five star treatment. Rather disgusting and cheap.

Das Hotel war sehr gut und die Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung nur das Personal in der Rooftop Bar, besonders die blonde Empfangsdame, war sehr unfreundlich da erwarte ich einen besseren Service vor allem für den Preis. An zwei hintereinander folgenden Tagen so unfreundlich zu sein obwohl wir Gäste des Hotels waren, ist schon sehr dreist gewesen. Wir werden hier nicht mehr übernachten.

La ubicación es súper buena, el desayuno esta súper muy variado… Pero la habitación es demasiado pequeña y muy oscura.. La atención en los restaurantes es bajo reservación exclusivamente y en recepción no te dan esa información cuando haces check in.. Llegue en la tarde noche quise cenar en sus restaurantes y no pude aún cuando había mesas disponibles.

Bit disappointed
Aircon didn’t work in room, was way too hot. Member of staff opened window for us. Road too noisy to sleep with the window open. Got moved for our 2nd night. Rooms are a bit strange with layout and decor

Was very disappointed, our room was called comfort, but there was no bath which was in the photos, the sofa was under the Tv, no English programs just News, a shower that dripped from the ceiling shower when the hand shower was in use, the electric system is ridiculous, flickering lights and no light at all one night, also I asked whether the pool was open and it took two days to reply, on checkout they tried to charge two days breakfast and we only had one, the staff need customer service training as they were not apologetic for anything, the hotel is trendy in a good location but not one I would recommend

Regarding the the room, I would like to inform you that we do offer several room categories with different layouts and different facilities and features in order to satisfy each guest’s needs: some of these categories do also have a wardrobe for better storage, a coffee machine and some rooms are located towards the inner courtyard for more silence. We regret the delay in responding to your request regarding pool access and the misunderstanding regarding breakfast charges during billing. We will take internal measures to ensure that such communication issues and billing errors are avoided.Regarding your comment on the lights, I would kindly like to inform you that this is our light system in the rooms. We are a Design Boutique hotel and we are proud to be unique in our standard. Fortunately, taste and design have always been a subjective perception and because of this we are proud of our individuality.Nothing affects us more than a guest who has unfortunately left with negative memories of our house. We would be very happy to welcome you to our hotel again in the near future in order to convince you of our high standards of accommodation and service. Overall Good.
Rooms are nice, service is ok, WiFi was very weak. This really makes a difference especially as I had to go to the local coffee shop to get large files sent. I reported this to the night team who tried to tell me that that's not the case. I explained the signal and speed was slow and this hindered work getting done. However no solution to the matter was offered. If your staying for pleasure then it's a very decent hotel.

Good location. Nice room but small. Staff snooty, restaurants closed. Breakfast overpriced at 38 euros each. Parking cost crazy at 40 euros for Valet VIP and they want a tip on top. Actually asked for it.
