Mycket snyggt hotell med utmärkt läge
Mycket fint och trevligt hotell med bra läge mitt i Viljandi. Allt fanns inom promenadavstånd. Trevlig och välkomnande personal. Det största minuset är att man valt att placera ett lekbord för småbarn i frukostrestaurangen. Det gjorde att jag valde att äta frukosten i lobbyn. Barnskrik och leksaksljud är inget man vill ha på frukosten. Ytterligare minus för det i princip obefintliga utbudet av glutenfria alternativ till frukosten. Ynkliga riskakor är inte ok.

Very beatiful hotel, best location, great territory near it. But please never choose rooms without windows to outside(as we had), no fresh air, nothing to breathe like in the box without oxygen, ventilations not working properly, sleeping was awful. There were rooms with big windows, choose them for stay. Breakfast very good, location is the best one, liked all in hotel exept sleeping in the room.

Flott og rolig hotell midt i Viljandi sentrum. God service, hyggelige ansatte og fin stemning. Hotellet er passe stort og praktisk. Vi bodde her i tre netter for å oppleve Viljandi, Tartu og områdene rundt. Vi er veldig fornøyde og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Valitsimme tämän hotellin ilmastoinnin vuoksi, kuitenkin huoneessamma oli 26 C lämmintä illalla. Kun kerroin tästä vastaanotossa, saimme toisen huoneen, jossa ilmastointi toimi paremmin. oikein miellyttävä hotelli, aulan myynti valikoimaan olisin toivonut erikoisoluiden ja kuohuviinin lisäksi vettä ja jotain normi olutta yms. koska kauppoja ei ollut ihan nurkalla
