“The hostel is close to the city center and has a very reasonable cost for such a good location. The room was quite warm and quite noisy with the window open but for a central location you can expect that. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Swansea.”

“The staff are excellent, always keen to help. The location is stunning. The place offers excellent self catering accommodation with a nice dining area. The lounge could be bigger with more chairs should you want to watch TV. The WiFi, although available in the communal areas, wasn't great but I believe it's a problem in the area. The accommodation I booked wasn't what Expedia made me believe it would be but the staff provided a very good alternative. The radiator wasn't on ( autumn stay), but...

“This was such a find! Stayed one night with friends in a private room while we hiked in the Brecon Beacons and it was perfect for what we needed. Perks included - plenty of drying rooms (it rained the whole time we were there so this was very much needed!), restaurant and bar, cosy lounge with fire and board games, and a sink in the room. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and great location. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.”

“Amazing views right on the beach. Quick access to coastal path for walks. Very clean kitchen, showers and lounge. Would suggest bringing food with you to cook as limited food options in the area. First YHA stay, we were very impressed. ”

“Hotels.com showed a DOUBLE EN SUITE room here. There is NO such room. We were allocated a 6 bed dorm room for our exclusive use butNO en-suite. This was totally unsuitable for our needs. The YHA were as helpful as possible but we had to leave after first night”
