Grymt hotell med bra service
Väldigt bra service, tillgång till både bra gym och spa utan extra kostnad. Väldigt fräscha rum, bra mat i restaurangen. Kommer helt klart bo där igen

I would recommend this property for a short stay. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is great, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with high quality toiletries provided. The leisure facilities are very good with a large pool and gym plus a steam room and sauna. Many of the people using the facilities were not staying in the hotel and it was quite busy at times. There is a nice family friendly bar, which serves food, and there is a small restaurant. Food was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was also good quality and value.

Lovely rooms big and spacious. Big comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and spa facilities were great . Made it a lovely relaxing time. Not far from warwick shopping. If i had to be critical it was that i didnt think they had a nice comfy area for a drink in the evening . Needed somewhere were we could relax and have a drink . Apart from that was great

Great property ! Good staff Nice facilities Parking a doddle Car wash on site too ! Will be going again soon Only one thing missing is comfortable chairs to sit in around the hotel - everywhere is designed to be food seating and not really relaxing and just somewhere to sit

We booked for two nights but only stayed for one... Check in was fine, staff where helpful and courteous, but thats where it stops. The facility was more a kin to local sports centre, there was no spa facility although its still on the website and was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel infact its still on the welcome information on the in room TV. The food was decidedly average, couches within the lounge area had threadbare arms. When we checked out, staff didn't ask why we were leaving after only one night although we'd paid for two (paid in advance) gave me the impression people leaving might have been a regular occurence.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, staff excellent from the little exposure that i had. Room was spacious and well decorated but a few cobwebs and the bed was very hard.

Food was poor. Asked before arriving for an iron and not in room. Asked again and advised would be provided. Still not in room. Called and advised none left. No attempt to contact us. Over for a show and needed an iron - which is fairly basic. Disappointed overall.

Lovely gym and clean rooms
I stayed one night for business and had a great experience. The gym and lounge/bar area is great for the evening. The room is cosy and quiet and just what you want for a business stay.

Very well organised. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous bathroom and Elemis toiletries. Pool was busy and hydro pool a bit cool for me but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Poor heating
I found the hotel bedroom had poor heating i ask at reception if they could tufn the heating up in the room they said, i had to wear a coat in the restaurant fir an evening meal they told me the heating was not on

Likewise the staff in the restuarant know where to turn the heating up. It is always a tuff one as for you it might be cold, but for another guest they might be hot. Kind Regards

It wasn't clearly explained to us, as first time guests, that there were absolutely no options to eat or drink at the hotel after 5pm on New Years Eve!! We spent a disappointing evening in our room.
