“The staff and service are excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the ADA room. The bed was very high and hard for my mom who has mobility issues to get in. The shower also was a challenge since it was not a walk in - was a shower tub combo with a weird chair in it that we couldn’t figure out how to use.”

When I woke I discovered mold all over the bathroom, dried blood splatters on the bed my husband and I slept in. Along with pink sticky stains! This is absolutely unacceptable. “Pros: -parking where cameras and front desk can see vehicles -price -staff was excellent, above and beyond - close enough to walk to shops, food and beach -clean pool and hot tub Cons -Could have been cleaner, wasn’t extremely dirty but most definitely needed to be cleaned more - shower was only able to be used because tub drain pull was broken -no screens on windows -frame of heating/cooling unit falling off ”
