I am extremely disappointed that you would publically rate us so low when you admitted yourself of having 'fat fingers' and all of my booking paperwork from expedia matched the dates I had in my system it appears that it was your error.

Hi Dale,We are sorry to hear that your room was not serviced - this is highly unusual and we would have happily serviced and provided you with additional towels if we had known. Hi Christina,Wi-Fi access is provided at our Motel, however guests need to log onto the Wi-Fi to have access. The "Wi-Fi flying through the room causing your headaches" is something that we are unable to adjust without turning off access to the entire Motel. We would recommend investigating the facilities at any venue you visit or stay in as many places provide free Wi-Fi to people.
