“This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return!”

“The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.”

“The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm”

“Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.”

“Property was nice and in a good location and looks like pictures. It was nice to have a place to relax in at the end of the day and the outside patio was nice for relaxing/hanging out in. Nice and private. It was clean just a few things showed it hadn't been "tidied" up before arrival. I would recommend staying here.”

“The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

“This home was in a very quiet area. The house was comfortable and exactly what we were expecting. The pellet stove made the place quite cozy!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to checkout cooler summer locations in AZ. This cabin was perfect for the season. Not sure how hot is gets in Munds Park during the summer months so no AC might be an issue??? Love this place❤️”

“We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are...
