I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Econo Lodge West Haven in West Haven, Connecticut, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the motel, I was greeted with an unkempt and uninviting atmosphere.
Firstly, the cleanliness of the motel left much to be desired. The floors were extremely dirty, and the air was impure, filled with a strong tobacco smell that permeated throughout the entire building. It felt like only a crackhead would feel at home in such an environment.
Upon realizing the unacceptable conditions of my room, I requested to change to another room. However, to my dismay, I found that all the rooms had the same issues – dirty floors, lack of cleanliness, and an overall feeling of neglect. With no other options available, I reluctantly settled for one of the subpar rooms.
The beds and beddings were also in poor condition, lacking proper care and maintenance. Additionally, the hallways were equally dirty, with floors and walls covered in grime and filth.
Overall, my stay at the Econo Lodge West Haven was nothing short of a night of torture. I would not wish this experience upon anyone and strongly advise against staying at this motel. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and overall unpleasant atmosphere make it an unsuitable choice for accommodation.
