They had no soap in the bathrooms. They did find a few stragglers of bar soap, but the hotel had run out. The floors were sticky everywhere in the hotel.

The sheets were stained very nasty. I pulled the pillowcase off one of the pillows, and there was blood on the pillow dried. I came back in at nighttime and there’s a cockroach on the door lock on the inside. The Oriental woman working the desk, kind of scowled at me when I asked for new towels for my second night. I’ve used this hotel for years I will not be returning and I deserve a refund. If I wasn’t traveling with my elderly mother from my daughters graduation, I would’ve checked out that first night.

The staff and employees were very nice but state of the hotel was awful- Choice hotels really needs to monitor its properties - I knew when I selected Quality Inn that it is at lower end of Choice offerings but furniture , bathroom fixtures were in horrible shape - will be sending photos to Choice hotel mgmt .

Inside the hotel is fairly standard, well kept and clean. The breakfast was standard with all the usual options of cereal, toast, bagels, ect., and the staff I talked to were friendly and helped me with finding things in and around town. Outside, however, it's very unimpressive and overall looks like a place you wouldn't want to leave your car overnight. An opinion supported by the big "properly not responsible for vehicles" in the lot. Which I can understand given how set back from any possible viewing from somewhere other than a room on the side it's on. The VERY small balcony I had looked over an on/off ramp for the interstate and the noise made it hard to sleep. I didn't bother going out on it after looking out the door too it. The room itself was nice other than the noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room so I didn't feel claustrophobic. The bathroom is smallish but functional although, the shower took a bit to get warm where I was on the 4th floor. Overall, if you can ignore the outside it's an an okay place to stop if you need a place to rest on a long trip but I wouldn't spend more than one night if your going to be staying in the area long

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was dated but clean. The location makes for a lot of highway noises. Sleeping was difficult, even with the fan on.

Overall Very tired and worn appearance. Smelly hallways. Room dirty including mold on window & sheer curtains. Air conditioner filter caked with dust. Shower scrum build up filthy. Bathroom wallpaper gross with dirt. Carpet still had crumbs on it. Barking dogs from adjoining rooms.

The younger gentleman that checked us in was really nice overall it's fairly clean they just don't do a detailed clean in the hallways and things and then when you go in your room my room was clean except for the bathroom floor I think they forgot to clean it but overall could have been worse very noisy right next to the interstate

I would highly recommend staying some where else. The first room I was supposed have had someone in it . The door was open , tv on, and people in their smoking pot. I went down to the front desk explained it to them and I was basically called a liar and was given a new room. In the new room, the table was falling apart. The night stand looked like it came from the dumpster. The first floor was blocked off . I thought oh maybe they are doing remodeling. Boy I was wrong! I noticed a man standing in socks and had ankle jewelry ( gpa tracking device) on his ankle. I went to the gas station next door and I was talking to the employee. The employee informed me that they have inmates staying at the motel doing a work release program. I was horrified because I had my children with me. When I questioned it at the front desk the guy said oh no that’s not true. The next morning i checked out . I explained to them the room was dirty and gross. I also I said very loudly that you have inmate staying here. The front desk staff did not denied it and couldn’t believe that night staff was not honest. I was able to get a refund for one night but they couldn’t give me a refund for the one night from hell. Do Not Stay here
