Nice location next to the creekside gondola. The room is spacious. No bathrobes were provided and towels were not by the pool.
Communication was poor at the hotel. As a gold member, it says on Expedia one of the perks is a free room upgrade when available. When checking in, the front desk said that there was no room available. However, all types of rooms are still available. Then I was told they do not offer such a benefit. When I showed them what was clearly stated online, they insisted that it was Expedia's problem. Ridiculously they offered me an upgrade for a fee, which was much more expensive than the price difference on Expedia, and their room booking was non-refundable. I asked if I could cancel and rebook online, and they said yes but it needs to get through Expedia. I wasted at least half an hour talking through Expedia, while whoever was responsible never picked up the call from Expedia. It took so long and all my family was waiting. No one at the hotel was trying to resolve the problem but just trying to kick the ball and find excuses. One of my worst check-in experiences ever.
